This is my third Rogue. I had a 2015, 2018 and now a 2021. I really like the 2018 design. The 2021 has really grown on me. I also had a 1995 Pathfinder, and a 2000 Pathfinder. I guess you can say I like Nissans!

I have a Rogue SL which is taking me a minute to get up to get acquainted with all the new features. I like the keyless entry, the stylish exterior, and its roomy and comfortable. I have knee problems, and this SUV allows me the extra room for my knees. I had help programming things I need, but for anyone who's not technically inclined, it may present a challenge initially. Overall, its a nice vehicle, and I do recommend it.

When I went to the Nissan dealership, I had expected to be greeted by someone who just wanted to get a quick sale. I was pleasantly surprised when I had to approach someone myself. When I inquired about the kind of car I was interested in I found out that only one specific sales rep, Jarrod Marshall, was the only one who could sell me the car since it's pretty specific and not overly known about. I had wanted to get a Leaf after my friend showed me one he leased a couple years back and so I did. The buying process was quick and the test drive was nice. I haven't ever had such a great experience buying a car ever. The only issue I ended up having was the fact the one of the selling points was being able to quickcharge my car (electric only, not a hybrid) at the dealership whenever I wanted. I really liked this idea as the quickcharge would do the job in 30 minutes and I could do it on my way home from work. Sadly the machine is/has been down since I made my purchase with no signs of being repaired any time soon. While I can charge at home, I had wanted to avoid the $600 charge station for a month or two while I settled into my new cars payment and increased insurance. Overall though, I still recommend Nissan to all my friends and coworkers, I just warn that if they go the route I did of an electric car, to make sure if they are made similar promises, to make sure the machine works.

Shannon tells me whether I need to have work done on my car immediately or if a repair can wait which means a lot to me financially. Shannon was an exellent service advisor. She was well mannered and showed a great sense of courtesy and mutual respect. Shannon is a true professional and certainly a positive asset to your organization. And service was quick with a reasonable time of waiting. But you can improve on the car washing end. I was promised a free car wash but I was unable to receive it. Due to some unforeseen complications at the car wash. However, everything else was great. There is room for improvement with customer relations at the car wash. The manager lacked the willingness to assist your customers in need of assistance at the car wash. And fact, he did not really care whether the car was washed or not. But there is hope with one of the assistance that did offer true assistance. And I did not think it was a good idea for the customer to vacuum thier own car afterwards if I already paid for the service at Hoffman. I

Purchased a 2003 Mercedes Benz G500 from the dealership and Bob our salesman was knowledgeable and just a fantastic person. The dealership went up and beyond expectations when they took care of not covered items on the vehicle. The service department is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks again Jim Accousti
