I drive past about three different Nissan dealers just to go to Glendale Nissan. My main reason is Manny. He is actually the best. Most honest service person I've ever dealt with I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Victor the service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my issue and the next day I was back on the road.
2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

The Service Department was great, as usual! They kept me informed at all times of what was going on or if there was anything they found that needed attention other than what I brought it in for and, if so, how much it would cost and did I want to proceed with that repair, especially if that particular repair wasn't necessary for now. I brought it in to have a recall item taken care of, which they did.

Sunrise ChevroletReviews
Sunrise Chevrolet review
I open up this review with a smile on my face. When I arrived and heading to the showroom, I was met by a person with a very warm and energetic greeting, Sales Specialist, Elia Secretary, a Professional Gentleman in so many ways. I can tell from the tone of his voice and his handshake that he was determined to make my experience a worthy one. I never felt like I belonged as I did at SUNRISE CHEVROLET. Although, I did get a formal invitation to come in and view a new and special vehicle by their Internet Sales Manager, Patricia Wales, but, Sales Specialist, Elias Secretary made the trip worthwhile. I never thought it would be so inviting as it was to step into a well tuned and comfortable environment as it was there at 414 E. North Ave. Glendale Heights. IL. 60139. And sitting at the desk as I waited for my finale results, I could hear conversations of the(Manager)Wizard behind the curtain as he orchestrated every step until everything came together. The joy of purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership was like no other. SUNRISE CHEVROLET(of 27 years)is here to find and place you in the perfect vehicle. So, if you're here to purchase a new or used vehicle, you've come to the right Dealership. Nicholas

Driven Auto of DundeeReviews
Driven Auto of Dundee review
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Driven Auto of Dundee! I recently purchased a Tesla from them and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable which is rare when buying a car. Eddie Baker was my salesperson, and he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable about every feature on the Tesla, explained the financing options clearly, and made me feel confident in my purchase. The inventory here is top-notch especially if you’re looking for Teslas or other luxury vehicles. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend checking them out and asking for Eddie. He’ll take great care of you!

Kunes Hyundai of SycamoreReviews
Kunes Hyundai of Sycamore review
My initial review is posted at the bottom. I have changed my rating from do not buy, to good. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. Kunes is just not worth the visit, or business. :( Rating breakdown (out of 5): Customer service 1.0 Buying process — Quality of repair — Overall facilities — Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer

Countryside Nissan review
We had a fantastic experience working with Lance at Countryside Nissan! He was honest, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to accommodate us—especially since we were driving in from 3 hours away. The SUV was exactly as described, runs like a dream, and was priced very fairly. Everyone at the dealership treated us with kindness and respect, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and will 100% shop at Countryside Nissan again. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Elgin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Had my car serviced there (used car) & the staff was very nice, and communicated well. Had a small concern after i picked up my vehicle from service, but spoke with a team member who was very kind and explained what was to be expected after services. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

On line negotiations with Lori went smoothly within one day. Johnny & Tony were nice to work with in the showroom. Vehicle prep was nicely done except the gas was left at under 1/4 tank and the Monroney sticker was missing. Overall I would recommend this dealership and these employees.
