We did not buy from them. The one year old car with 30,000+ miles on it was priced above the norm, even by Kelley Blue Book standards. No negotiations available. So didn't buy. Nothing more. I'd recommend people to try, it doesn't hurt. But just be weary, you lose 3 years worth of manufacturer warranty, in just one year. Buying process, quality of repairs, facilities rated 3's, because it wouldn't submit as "n/a". So these are not a true rating. Wanted to rate "n/a".

The entire process was as stress free as it could have been. They were open and honest about what the vehicle had wrong, they pointed out dings and never tried to hide the flaws. I hope I don’t need to buy another vehicle anytime soon, but if I do, I would come back here again.
