Came in ready to leave without a car, but the staff went above and beyond my expectations to help me leave with a great car and a great payment plan. Thanks to Josh, Dave and everyone who assisted me while I was here. The store manager was very welcoming, and I appreciate how understanding he was about my two extremely active kids!
I came in to this Nissan Dealership to have my tire fixed, it turns out there was a nail in it. At the same time they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and inspection. The staff was very friendly, professional, and communicated to me what needed to be fixed. I was very happy with the service that I received and with the free wi-fi I was able to get some work done.
Buying a car from Chuck and Lisa was a pleasure. The price was fair and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. They followed through on all aspects of the sale. When a warranty issue developed it was immediately addressed and corrected within a day. I'd go back to buy a car from Knighton's and will highly recommend them to others.

Dave was great to work with and everything seemed low pressure for the most part. Biggest issue was their financing over ours. We were threatened with releasing our car back for other sales if we did not use their financing (as it would take too long to get a certified check form us). When we continued to assert that it was our bank or we walk, then the deal came through. I'm not sure if this was just pressure to close before the end of the month or only a standard finance maneuver. The rest of the buying experience from the test drive, through negotiations and final car pickup all went well. Nice variety of cars here to look at, but beware on financing pressures.
I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla and was super clean. Karlee was a huge help. She made buying a car way easier then I could have thought. From the point they brought it down from their other location just so I could test drive it all the way to me signing my name! Very great customer service and everyone was helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone whos looking to buy a clean reliable used car. Within two days of test driving they had everything ready for me. Karlee helped me get a great rate and did everything she could to make this a easy process.
Bob Mathieson - thank you for all your help, knowledge and ability to work out a great deal. I saw my car online and walked in with this specific car in mind. Bob quickly got the car from the lot yet took the time to show me not only the features but also the benefits of each feature. Once we agreed on the deal, Bob went the extra mile to make sure everything was picture perfect for me prior to my arrival - making sure my insurance cards were ready and fixing a minor detail that wasn’t working correctly when i test drove the vehicle. It has been a year and a half since my Purchase and I walk in the dealership to have my car washed every few weeks and every single person says hello to me -every person that I encountered throughout my sale remembers me. I just had my first experience with the service department and I have to say I'm once again I'm amazed. I know I've use that word a lot but there truly is no other way to say it.
It must be an amazing place to work because every single employee that you encounter when you visit that dealership is happy.
