The following day I received a call from the Customer Relations Manager Liz, she wanted to make sure I was happy with my overall experience. Everyone I encountered was great, with positive attitudes. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I love my 2024 Nissan Versa. I especially like the rear view display, front end assistant and lane assistant. Driving short distance or a drive out of town is very comfortable. The dashboard display allows you to see your miles per gallon and fuel mileage on a full tank of fuel. This is my second Versa and would highly recommend this vehicle.

After purchasing a '21 versa, I found it got great gas mileage, around 38 city and 42 highway. The only thing I don't like is the back window. Very hard to clean (inside), no wiper, so when it rains you can't see through it

Just bought a 2021 Versa SR.. handling is subperb, interior is perfect... Everything about the car is great. Maybe they could of priced it a little better but all in a great car.

I purchased this model New from big local Nissan dealer in my city in 2016. Mine is the blue model. Has great gas mileage, to this day. Was a good deal, on a basic car, with no frills. Worked great until 3 summer, right after 3 year warranty expired, the A/C totally quit. Had it checked, was the compressor. Over $1,000 fix. About the same time, strangely the paint started bubbling up in the between the rear doors on both side, and in crease where rear window meets the trunk. Flake after flake, will not stop and now a large section is gone on both back sides. For a 3 year old new car at the time, I was not happy. It is now 7 years old, and the chipping continues. Disappointing, and I have seen many of the same complaints online.

Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week.
