Making sure everything is living up to its promise. Making sure I don’t have any issues that they can address. Their customer service is top tier. They don’t play any games either. It took three visits to even purchase the car. They broke it all down for me and made sure that this purchase made sense for me before it did for them. I don’t want to blow up this screen with a paragraph but one more thing I will mention is how knowledgeable they are. 12/10 overall. I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

No hidden or surprise add ons or mark ups. They are all stand up individuals. Worked with 10-20 people in past few weeks at other deals, had bad experience with most of them.
