Such a great experience from beginning to end! My dealer Mr.Qamar was amazing, very helpful, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. The customer service was excellent, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of the whole time. I love my new car and couldn?t be happier! Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle!
2023 Nissan Versa review
It's a very reliable vehicle for the price, even with the CVT which I have. The drivetrain just takes some getting used to. The vehicle is very durable mechanically. I bought mine with 35,000 miles and so far no complaints. Just make sure to stay on top of the CVT fluid changes which are imparitive, and it will run and run... And run.

CarMax Lancaster review
Have purchased all of our used cars from CarMax. Only criticism I would have is you need to really inspect the car well if it has been in a reported accident. We try to stay away from those - to many hidden damage possibilities. CarMax sales person, Mike is awesome and has enabled me to put my two daughters in safe and nice first time vehicles.

CarMax White Marsh review
We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I own the most bear bones version and it works like a charm, with the manual 30mpg is easily achievable. Steering at low speeds feels like you are the car. Pedals are responsive and the suspension can handle just about anything. Highly recommended for a cheap daily.

I love my 2024 Nissan Versa. I especially like the rear view display, front end assistant and lane assistant. Driving short distance or a drive out of town is very comfortable. The dashboard display allows you to see your miles per gallon and fuel mileage on a full tank of fuel. This is my second Versa and would highly recommend this vehicle.

Owned car since new. Never had a problem with it. Normal repair items, brakes, muffler, Tires, battery over 16 years. Have best engine 1.8 and transmission 4 speed auto, avoid other transmission. Had 2 recalls which was fixed. One of the best cars I owned out of 15 over years. Great basic reliable car. Still runs well.

2016 Nissan Versa review
It may not be the prettiest car, it's not a 300 for sure.... But I will say it is very reliable. It hasn't broken down after 70k miles of owning it. I use to be a CDL driver and try to take care of any vehicle in my possession. Economy on the vehicle is great, usually averaging 36 miles per gallon. It's small, living in the city means it is great for tight spaces. No extravagant luxuries, very basic, not very comfortable for long trips, but if you can suck it up, it will get you were you need to go without breaking down

2016 Nissan Versa review
I purchased this model New from big local Nissan dealer in my city in 2016. Mine is the blue model. Has great gas mileage, to this day. Was a good deal, on a basic car, with no frills. Worked great until 3 summer, right after 3 year warranty expired, the A/C totally quit. Had it checked, was the compressor. Over $1,000 fix. About the same time, strangely the paint started bubbling up in the between the rear doors on both side, and in crease where rear window meets the trunk. Flake after flake, will not stop and now a large section is gone on both back sides. For a 3 year old new car at the time, I was not happy. It is now 7 years old, and the chipping continues. Disappointing, and I have seen many of the same complaints online.

CarMax Cool SpringsReviews
CarMax Cool Springs review
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic. He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
2017 Nissan Versa review
As an all gas car, the Versa gets great gas mileage. It starts without hesitation and has no quirks. It is a little cramped. As a 5"2' woman I have short legs and my knee hits the steering column while breaking. The seats are not the most comfortable.
