This was our second Nissan Quest, our old 2004 was great the New 2016 was so bad we have already gotten rid of it at just over a year old! Engine shuts off when stopped at stop light, electric door sensors kept the doors from closing, plus a few other issues, including recalls. Always got a comforting "sales pitch" with each return to the dealership. Unfortunately this experience has been so bad that after 6 Nissan vehicles we are done, with Nissan.
Bought a new car today and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had doing so. Jake was in communication with me from the time the car was on the truck on its way to the dealership, notified me when it arrived, and was patient with us throughout our test driving the car for over an hour. Then he took care of all the financing while I was at work so all I had to do was show up and sign. If they have the car you want (or can get the car you want), I wouldn't hesitate to give them a chance.
Used faulty power steering pump

Power steering is loud and whining but Nissan says it is normal noise. Changed to different power steering pump in2018 but won’t replace 2017 pump

I love my 2008 LE V8, I bought this used about 6 months ago after a hail storm totalled my 09 SE V6. The difference is substantial. It's my grocery getting race car. It's super quiet and it's the ultimate sleeper. I've had kids in their f150s try and race me and I leave them bewildered and embarrassed but aside from raw power this thing is refined and puts around just fine. The only problem I had was cracked exhaust manifolds but after having them repaired it's been perfect. If you can find one that's not been abused, pick one up. It's a pleasure to drive and the features are great. Mine is an LE 4x4 and in my opinion it is the best multipurpose vehicle around.
Consumer Report rated this car as one not recommended. I bought this car new over five years ago and have no problems at all. I sometimes don’t know how cars get there ratings. I feel real good about car.

I’ve always wanted a Rogue and it is everything I’ve expected. It’s perfect for our family of four! We have enough room to fit the five of us comfortably. The air and heat vents in the back are great not everyone can agree the the temp in the car. The back up camera is great, you can see all around the vehicle. The seats losing down in the back give you so much room for extra loading! Love this car!
I can???t believe how nicely I was treated. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me while I purchased my new 2019 Suburu Outback. Todd was the salesperson and I would recommend seeing him. Thank you!

This vehicle has been awesome. We love the look and overall performance and reliability. The only negative would be the paint on the hood has developed some small chipping but other than that I would drive this to the moon and back.
This is the best car buying experience ever. I have bought many, many cars over the years and each time, I came away feeling like I got taken advantage of. I feel that Doug Smith Auto does have the best prices around. And from experience when we have used their repair shop, they are honest.

Hauls a crew or hauls a family, for looking truck inside and out. You get way more baby for your buck versus other brands. Probably the most underrated truck on the market!
As an owner of several Nissan models, I highly recommend this brand for anyone who is interested in buying a car or SUV. They have proven to be dependable and virtually trouble free. I've owned Altima (3 in fact) Maxima and Rouge and never had any problems with them.
We totaled our first tiguan we loved it so much that we got a second one. The people at strong were great through this whole experience. They were great ,it was so fast and easy, just came in and signed some paperwork and I was out of there super fast.

I have owned this suv for only one year and it continues to impress me. The car is lightweight and zips around town but also provides a comfortable, smooth ride while cruising on the highway. It has a HUGE windshield so your visibility is awesome for those sight seeing trips. Plenty of leg and head room in front and back seats which is important as I have long legs. It's quiet inside, the dual temp control is a nice feature as well as heated seats after skiing. I appreciate the good gas mileage it gets. I travel weekly to Tahoe during the winter and the all wheel drive makes driving in the snow with just snow tires (no chains) a breeze. I drive a little on the fast side and this car handles well and hugs the road on turns no matter what your speed. I've only had one problem-the power steering hose developed a leak. I found parts for a Nissan to be more expensive than my Ford. For some reason the rear camera is not always reliable and sometimes doesn't show items behind you that are clearly present. The amount of stuff you can load into the back is impressive. Believe me when I tell you I transported 11 foot pieces of crown moulding in this car easily with not an inch coming out the window! I've been very pleased with this vehicle and would recommend it.
Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!

Very dependable, it’s never needed a jump and was parked on the street for an entire Minnesota winter. Warms up and cools down quickly. ABS works!
I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.

I am continually impressed by the Service staff at Mark Miller Toyota.
They are friendly and professional. At the Express Lube Service they get you in and out quickly and never try and sell you unnecessary extras. Repairs and service are always completed accurately and fairly.

Love my Pathfinder! We needed a bigger car with the 3rd row and the Nissan Pathfinder meets all our needs. USB ports, easy to use display screen, lots of cup holders and rear plugs for powering multiple divices. Lots of room with all seats laid down. Big engine for those needing power and great on gas mileage.
