George mainly helped me with getting what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He suggested different options to select the desired vehicle. He also reviewd with me different payment options, and eventually I had an acceptable offer. And the other team members very helpful and very pleasant.

After researching for months, getting price quotes from 7 different states (since we travel for work), we decided yesterday it was time to buy. We received a quote over the phone and drove to the dealership and they had to go 40 miles to get the exact car we wanted. We filled out paperwork while they were getting the car and finalized the deal while they were detailing it. They WERE nice and we had lots of fun and paid a fair price for our car.
My husband purchased a car a few years ago and Greg was so helpful then that when we both were looking to get new vehicles there was no question about having Greg help us again. He always has an upbeat attitude and helped me with the many questions I had, he made the process run very smoothly. Would highly recommend this place and Greg!

My positive experience was due to working with Nigel Erickson, the salesman. I spent weeks deciding, and trying cars. I purchased a car and decided to upgrade and he took the time to find me the car I wanted buried behind others cars, in a storm, at night and at a different location. He was always positive, helpful and professional . I got to know him a bit over time and found he has big heart. The dealership is quite lucky to have him. He has worked in a caring profession in the past, taking care of others, but now he is a salesman. The skills carried over because his big heart is obvious. I felt appreciated as a customer and a person. I wasn't treated as less because I am a female purchasing a car. I felt valued and it made me want to continue working with CARR in the future. I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service I received by Gary Valentic at Carr Nissan of Beaverton. Without a doubt, Gary has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call with him, he was professional regarding a truck I was interested in. He worked well with me to discuss all the different options and very quickly followed through with a truck that was in stock at the dealership immediately. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered beyond my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny, new Nissan Frontier Truck. I also want say to thank you to the Carr Nissan of Beaverton dealerships owners, managers and all the other staff that work to to get this me this great deal, so quickly and so easily. I am very happy.

We worked with Gary Valentic who was FANTASTIC. We came into the dealership having done our research, knowing what we wanted, and Gary did not push or pressure us at all into anything we weren't interested in. No high pressure sales like what we were used to at other dealerships. Everyone was patient and understanding with our 18 month old daughter who we were trying to keep entertained while working on the paperwork. We have had many very negative experiences with other car dealerships, especially with salespeople being disrespectful, pushy, and manipulative. Gary and Travis at Carr Nissan were the exact opposite! Both my husband and I were treated with respect and we were never worried about being taken advantage of. I would just like to commend Briana and the whole staff at Carr Nissan. I test drove a car there earlier today. A few hours later I noticed that I could not find my wallet. I called up the dealership to see if by chance they found it. Briana took the time to go through each of the vehicles we test drove and found it in one the cars. She went above and beyond a "typical" salesperson in helping me. Even though I have not yet purchased a car from them, this act of honesty and integrity will definitely sway my thought process.
