A great shopping experience. Just down to earth guys, no pressure to buy, very easy to deal with and they don't charge any dealer fees like everyone else. They really don't, other people bought cars while we were there and no one was asked for extra money or a fee.
Getting regular maintenance service has never been so fast and easy. As soon as I pull in the garage, the system recognizes me/my car and assigns a service rep. Heather, who has been my service rep the past couple of visits, comes over to greet me, sign me in and take my car. I don't mind waiting in their customer waiting area. There are many different places to sit, some tables and cubicles where I can get work done. There's Wi-Fi, coffee, popcorn and plenty of bottled water. While I am waiting, Heather checks in to let me know how much longer my service will take to complete. It's rarely been longer than an hour. Always a great experience!
This was my fourth dealership in four days, and when I arrived I was somewhat reserved because it was a larger office, but Allen was very professional when he greated me, and I was very surprised when he wanted to do a test drive right away, I had to ask him did he needed my drivers license, he was so polite I could not believe it. He was helpful in explaining my choice of vehicle, the contact agent how answered my online quote. Everything when so smooth, he???s my smooth operator ???Micheal Jackson???. Smile!!!
Never had to wait and appointment times are taken seriously. Love being able to see my car being worked on! Very clean and nice atmosphere inside with good selection of snacks and drinks. They told me when it was almost done and had me out the door quickly and efficiently.

I was just seeing what the new Prius had changed since my 10 year old vehicle and my salesperson Maliik Tooley discussed all the new improvements since my last purchase and also answered my questions about trying to get the 2018 or waiting for the 2019 to come in. I thought he was very knowledgeble and worked with me to make the best decision. I decided to go on and buy the new vehicle and knew it was not on the lot but should be arriving within a few days with my color choice and all the options I wanted.
We can’t say enough good things about Northpointe Volvo and our salesman Rick Small. We had been in the market for a late model Jaguar XJL since last May and during our search we saw the bad and the ugly in used car sales. When a car showed up in Alpharetta, Ga, 300 miles from where we live we needed further information and assurances that car would be there when we got there, the car was as advertised, and that there suddenly wouldn’t be surprise dealer charges we weren’t expecting. Rick was outstanding in answering our questions via email and in sending photos of the car and the Carfax. He assured us the car would be there when we arrived and did not hit us with surprise extra costs. He is not a high pressure salesman and allowed us to take our time to make the decision to purchase. Northpointe also gave us a good deal on our trade in and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Everyone in the dealership was very nice; the dealership, itself is light and airy and the Starbucks coffee, soda and water was a nice plus. We would definetly reccommend Northpointe if you are in the market and ask for Rick Small. We will definetly drive the distance the next time we are in the market for a car and we will definetly go back to Rick.
Even though the service department was slammed for the Holidays, they got my vehicle checked out to make sure it wouldn't break down on my road trip.
