I've been to this dealership twice. This dealership has been clean each time. Greg assisted me both times & is so helpful. I plan on going back to this dealership for my next car as well. REQUEST GREG!
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
The entire team at colonial Nissan are very friendly they go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and relaxed with no pressure to purchase something you don’t want. They did everything they could to keep within my budget. Wen I came back to pick up the vehicle with my wife the sales associate spent over 40 minutes explaining how everything in the car operating and made sure she was comfortable with the car before are 65mil drive home.
I will definitely be going back wen we are looking for a car for myself.

Friendly salesperson Fred was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. We liked the car we bought that met our present needs. Team at the dealership gave us a lot of positive attention. I did not like the haggling to try to get the best possible offer price for the new car and trading in our old car.
