This is our second Jeep from Poulin. Our salesman, John Riordan is a great guy to deal with. The service department is excellent to deal with and is a big reason we came back for our second Jeep from Poulin. I would highly recommend Poulin.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I'm a retored auto mechanic of 50 years. This is best dealership experience I've ever had, buying and service.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

My daily driver is a suburban , wanted something easy on gas , found a great deal on a one owner 2020 Altima in mint condition , not something I'd shop for but it was a great deal and I just wanted something good on gas , on a recent 600 mile round trip this thing averaged 42 mpg. I'm impressed. I'm not impressed with the exterior , too much Cheap plastic , but that's with most vehicles these days .

I will always use Portsmouth Chevy. There service department is superior to any others. They are very trustworthy and do not try to force you to have service done that is not needed.

Plenty of power and sexiness. Comfortable and great gas mileage! Love the features and smooth almost silent ride. Absolutely 💯 would recommend to anyone looking comfort while looking sexy too. 😍

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

The car looks good and drives nice. This is my first non American brand and hope I have good luck with it. The options are a little off but I will make do.

Great car- drives fantastic- sleek sporty style with a touch of class. Gas saver not a gas guzzler. An abundance of space for traveling with luggage or groceries. I love Nissan vehicles they are designed for people in mind for commuting and traveling comfortably.

Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

Everything else, I like about this car. HOWEVER, the backup camera is the worst I've ever seen. I can barely see anything from it to being totally worthless. No, it's not just my car, every Altima (6th generation) has the same problem - I checked out several Altimas on the lot. Prior to this I had a 2015 Altima, it was great, I could see anything regardless of the lighting condition. The new Altima's camera has an adjusting feature and it seems to be stuck on the lowest setting. The techs act stupid and tell me well all the other cars are the same...well duh!

Tony's the man. He took his time explaning the paperwork, made sure you understood without rushing threw it. Just a pleasure to talk to and do business with.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

My service rep was prompt and he explained the situation to me. Hoping this solves the issue with my Colorado, as this has happened before with my 2018 Colorado.

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

I bought this car in 2013 for $15,500 and this car has been very reliable, minor problems in almost a 15 year old car. Good on gas ...All I do is maintenance and it's been good to me oil change brakes got my money's worth. Car now has 133,000 miles.

A Truly Pleasant and Honest Car-Buying Experience I was feeling really upset this morning because of a dealership that kept changing the price, but then I happened to find a car that caught my eye on a website. Then I made an appointment at Merchants Auto for a test drive. At first, the place looked a bit quiet, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and proactive everyone was. There was about a $3,000 difference between the price I saw online and the one initially quoted at the dealership. I mentioned this and also showed them an offer I had received from another dealership the day before. I told them that if they could match that deal, I’d sign right away. They worked hard for nearly an hour — checking different options, running numbers — and finally made it happen. I signed the paperwork and made the down payment on the spot. Even better, the finance rate they offered was about half of what another Boston-area dealership had quoted me, which helped offset that $3,000 difference. Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Car is beautiful I have the metalic orange. Already 5000 miles and i stared to have problem with the cameras. took it to service and to correct the cameras malfunction. Dealer cannot fix it and will order a new one. after that then the car starting to have more problems, sunroof won't open all the way, navigator screen become black and yesterday was driving to Cleveland the usb port stop working soddenly. In addition to that I took my car to my mechanic to check my car with the computer and he found that there are 3 error code, appointment with Nissan service on Tuesday.

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!
