Great service! Advisor and staff were very communicative and kept me updated during the service. Definitely will be coming back for future service needs.
2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

They made the process so easy, offered me a great rate compared to other places. Even got a rebate shopping through the Costco auto buying program. They also give coupons for oil changes, free car washes, and free safety checks for the life of the vehicle you purchase. See Thomas Kondo he?s a great guy.

The best car I have owned. Bought it brand new, now I have about 30,000 miles on it and I have had zero problems! Take care of your car and you won’t have any problems!

They changed my oil at my home at a time that was convenient for me. It doesn't get better than that.
2023 Nissan Rogue review
Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

Representative agent Jay at the was Supra wonderful. And Monique was great as well. They are the super stars!!! We were told we could be seen at 10, then found out that there were many (20) cars from day before us and we would be seen after that, we didn’t anticipate that and we were able to get moved up. Thanks they should have massage chairs in waiting room like Nissan has.

Carlot Hawaii review
Very helpful, Jorge went way out of his way for us, to get a car purchased, title change, and safety inspection done in a week so that we could park it in our condo parking lot. We would recommend this place. They all went above and beyond…true aloha spirit!
2016 Nissan Rogue review
I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

Excellent Auto CenterReviews
Excellent Auto Center review
This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. This is what he did for me: I went down to buy a Ram Promaster cargo van. He worked very hard for me, making calls for about 3 hours to find a lender for me, but my credit wasn't good enough to qualify for the loan. So he showed me a Ford Transit cargo van he had on the lot which was a little older. I still couldn't qualify, so he dropped the price so I could qualify for the loan. Then I tried to pay the down payment with my debit card but couldn't pay the whole amount because of the limit on my card. I called my bank on the mainland to increase the limit, but it still didn't work. Then because of the time difference, my bank closed for the day and I couldn't call back. Then he let me use his computer to login to my insurance carrier's website, but I had trouble getting the lienholder's name and address to show on the insurance binder, so he sat down with me and helped me very patiently to solve the issue and get the insurance binder and my insurance cards and documents printed out. Then he drove me all the way across town to the lender's office, introduced me to the lender and explained the process, then waited for me while I set up my account and got my documents. Then even after the exhausting day, and even with my down payment only partially paid, he graciously let me to pay the remainder the next day, and he even drove me all the way back across town to my apartment. The next day he picked me up at my workplace and drove me to his lot, where I was able to finally pay the remainder of my down payment. He had already finished all of the documents and paperwork, and had also gone down to the dmv to do the temp registration. He also had done the safety and emission inspection, had the oil changed, and filled up the gas tank. Then after he had done all of this for me, he offered to hold the van at his lot until I could find a monthly parking place for it near my apartment. Then the next day after I found a monthly parking spot, I noticed that my name was slightly misspelled on a few of the documents. So I went down to his lot and he got all of the documents corrected very quickly, even while he was in the process of working with another customer. He had the keys ready plus a spare key, and the van was ready for me to drive home. And he did all of this over three days in the rain while major street work was being done right next to his lot. Wow! I recommend this dealer very very highly. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable, so hard working, so honest and patient as him. The week I was at his lot, he sold 4 cars to customers who had purchased from him over 15 years ago, and now I understand why. When you find a dealer this good, you go back decade after decade. Outstanding.
2023 Nissan Rogue review
So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I have a 2020 Nissan Kicks SV, and I love it. King Street Nissan keeps me informed on servicing and my agent who sold me my car Antonio H., also recently offered to install my roof racks that he helped me purchase. I just love the care of the Nissan family. Mechanics, receptionist, agents, reminders of up coming servicing. They're super friendly and helpful. Buy your next car from King City Nissan and you'll have an awesome support family for the life of your car.

Told my salesman Joe that my goal was to have them write me a check after I buy a new truck from them. He said okay skeptically but then I told him I have a 2025 ram rebel level 2 with the title in hand. Long story short I got a 2026 Nissan frontier and got wrote a check for trading in my Ram. Yes it?s a downgrade in truck but it?s what we need at the moment. Joe was on it every step of the way. He had everything ready and the process was streamlined. Mahalo Joe and Windward Nissan!
2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

2022 Nissan Pathfinder review
I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

King Windward Nissan review
We were in NEED of a new car, with no desire to get a used one. We were looking at the Costco auto buying program and met up with Jessica Kondo at King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe. She made us feel very comfortable at the start, greeted us like family, listened intently as we expressed our NEEDS, WANTS, and DESIRES. Took our information and left to go meet her manager. I?m not going to lie, we were worried we wouldn?t qualify for what we wanted, and we would have to settle. Jessica came back and told us congratulations you qualified for the 2026 Nissan Rogue! My friend went on a test drive, LOVED everything! The smooth ride, roominess, all the wonderful features that it came with and Jessica made it so easy to set up the functions on our phones! While our car was getting detailed and gassed up, we met up with Christian, who helped us navigate the financial aspects of the car, patiently explaining the warranty packages and the fact that he made us feel like it was our decision based on our needs and budget was a big thumbs up from us. We apologize, that at this writing we did not remember the manager?s name who was very instrumental for our being on cloud 9 (still)! Every aspect of our car buying experience went smoothly, and we can?t say enough positive things about Jessica, Christian, the Magician (manager) AND the awesome detailing staff! Muah! Aloha and Mahalo from two grateful customers!

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

Great service, easy to schedule appointments and very efficient with completing the service. Never have an issue with scheduling or any type of errors on my service if it’s for a recall or just maintenance check up.

2018 Nissan Rogue Hybrid review
I enjoy driving this all-wheel drive vehicle and really appreciate the fact that in some way I am helping to reduce my carbon footprint. The hybrid technology is smooth and efficient. You can't even tell when the transmission switches from internal combustion to electric traction motor

Sales experience was efficient yet personable. Service experience when I brought my car in for the sealant and interior treatment was the same.
2023 Nissan Kicks review
A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Went in to just look at a used car, we had been shopping for 2 weeks all over the island. Walked in, went for a drive and loved it, Bob L showed us the numbers and we countered and done. We drove off with a “new” car... He made it so easy it was amazing.

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

Ever Cars SFReviews
Ever Cars SF review
I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
2024 Nissan ARIYA review
Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.
