The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.

This is a sort of a bitter sweet service as this will be my last oil change there after being a customer for more than 6 years. I have decided to trade my Armada 2011 for something different. The service and people before and now the new management has been wonderful, unfortunately I felt the rust issues with this SUV is more than I can stand or want to pay for. Having called Nissan about the problem only to have fallen on deaf ears and having ready many articles about the problem it seems that Nissan knew about the problem for many years and having done nothing about it including the very new Armadas , so i have to walk away at this time. I do plan to buy another truck within the next few weeks as we are planning another road trip and really don???t feel safe in this truck making this kind of trip. I had an excellent car salesperson Heather who showed the cars that were available and allowed me to test drive a few that interested me. She was low pressure but called me several times with additional cars that would fit into my price range. I was finally able to find a Nissan Rogue that fit into my budget Heather again was helpful in getting me a good deal working with the Sales Manager at Nissan.
I???ve been shopping around for a 2-3 year old used car for weeks and was becoming discouraged and exhausted. I started wondering if good customer service really existed any more. Browsing on The internet I found a car that really grabbed my attention so I picked up the phone and called Battles Nissan in Bourne. Wish I had started there first, I could have save a lot of time and aggravation. First impression means everything and doing a good job over the phone can be difficult but when Brian, the manager, came on the line he ???had me at hello???. Brian was polite and sincerely interested in my business with out being pushy. Brian and I agreed on a time to come in for a test drive and explained that Michael (Mike) Mele would guide me through the remainder of the process. As promised I was enthusiastically greeted at the door by Mike who made me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a customer. My red, fully loaded, ???2016??? Nissan Rogue was heated up and ready to go for a spin. Mike came for the drive and in detail went over all the assets of the car. The purchasing process went smoothly with out a hitch. It???s been a week since my purchase and I am very happy! I feel I made the right decision and I have the full support of Brian, Mike and Battles Nissan. Thank you for everything, Sherrie L.
I can't say enough about Battles Nissan! I worked with Noah and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. He didn't pressure me into any one vehicle, but rather let me test drive everything that I wanted ad even made a recommendation (the car that I ended up buying) based on my tastes and the features that I had in my current vehicle. When I waited for him to bring a new test drive up for me, the manager, Brian, and another salesman, Corey, kept me company. I felt like I was spending an evening hanging out with friends. It was a wonderful experience. Matt in the fiance department is amazing! He worked with me to make sure that I had the best/most cost effective coverage options on the car and worked the financing in a manner that left me with a payment that wasn't going to break the bank. He was very friendly and humorous. I had a lot of fun working with him.
My local mechanic was not able to diagnose what they believed were some serious problems with my 2014 Nissan Rogue. It was suggested that I not drive it and have it towed to a dealership. The closest dealership was Battles Nissan in Bourne. AAA towed the car and I was not required to be accompany the car. Battles Nissan was so accommodating. Nick, the service manager, gave me a timeline of the diagnosis and then a timeline of the repairs. They itemized all the charges beforehand so I knew what the costs would be. Best of all, this all took place the Friday afternoon prior to Thanksgiving week. Everything was completed and we were on the road by 10 am on Tuesday morning for our Thanksgiving travels. The car rides perfectly and was returned to us vacuumed and washed. I never expected that! Always having thought that my local mechanic was the best choice for my car repairs and maintenance , my husband and I now believe,moving forward, that we will use Battles Nissan for service. They really are terrific!
