I've purchased 4 vehicles from Sullivan Brothers in Kingston. The first was used and still ran great. The following 3 vehicles were new and were very dependable. The salesman was good about walking through new features and was very informative in general. Financing, insurance, and registration are handled quickly and with no waiting on my part Another aspect of Sullivan Brothers is the service. I kind of beat up on the 2nd new vehicle I had purchased due to long distances over rough roads. When I needed a repair, the process was painless. The service people are well mannered and informative. They provided me with different options and let me know right off when the charge was covered by my warranty. Service is really responsive concerning general maintenance and my time waiting tends to be minimal. I sometimes use the free shuttle service so I can often go to my job and return at the end of the day without missing work.
Just purchased another vehicle from Sullivan Brothers Nissan. Chuck did a great job of selling the truck and Paul was able to fill when needed. It was a great join effort on their part. I know it will serve me well and they gave me 7 yrs. and 100,000 miles of warranty just to make sure. Its allllllllll good!
Deb Miller went above and beyond by providing superior service and excellent customer care. If it wasn't for Deb, I would not have leased a new vehicle at this time. She made the process so easy and addressed all of my concerns and now I am thrilled to be driving my new 2018 Rogue.
I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Miller after the purchase of my new Maxima. Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!
Alex assisted me with my new lease and listened to my needs. No haggling, no back and forth - walked away happy because of Alex and my new Nissan Rouge. Alex is very informative and knows his products - if a question was asked that he was not sure of, he hesitated and went to speak with someone in order to find the answer for me

I would definitely recommend checking out Colonial Nissan. We had a great experience. I have a friend who has got her last several cars from Colonial. Since she has said they were good to deal with we checked them out. We were greeted by Wilmer Lopez. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. The car was for my Parents. My sister and I accompanied them to help make sure they came away happy. Wilmer was really great. He was very accommodating, showed us several vehicles. It took us a little time as we had several needs that required some customization to the car. Running boards had to be installed to facilitate easier entry. Through it all Wilmer was very patient and took great pains to make sure my Parents had a car that worked for them and accommodated their needs. As a Son it really meant a lot to me that Wilmer really extended himself in such a personal way to help my parents feel as comfortable as they could with their decision. Many Thanks Wilmer. Also We had several opportunities to deal with the service dept. for some minor routine issues. Jim Islami introduced himself as well as Johanna Morales. Both very friendly and helped schedule us very quickly. Tim Hill has helped on a few occasions was took the time to help explain some tings to me. Overall seems to be a very Customer Service oriented place to look for your next vehicle....
