I am a mom of 3 and this car definitely meets this busy mamas lifestyle needs. The cargo space is just right and the 3 rows is ideal.

This car meets all of our needs. It has apple car play, Bluetooth, memory on seats, heated seats and heated steering wheel - it’s amazing!

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

I've had midsize SUV's before and I like the larger door size, cargo space, and so forth. So the Terrain seemed to be a logical model to test, and I was impressed with the test drive and bought it. After a year I've been pretty happy with it but a couple of things stand out. The back seat does not fold flat to increase cargo space and this seems to be kind of ridiculous and to spoil the whole idea. And recently I had to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty, because of using E85 fuel, which the service manager told me is not good for the fuel systems despite this being a flex-fuel vehicle. The other thing is that while I was happy with the 4-cylinder engine at first, I now wish I'd opted for the V6 as the car is kind of out of its element in highway driving. Don't get me wrong, it will get you there, but my foot is on the floor a lot more often than I'd prefer. If I trade this one off in the next few years I'll definitely opt for the V6. Overall I am very pleased with it.
Was a nice experience. Larry and Mark were a pleasure to work with. They have a great inventory of used cars and trucks there as well.
Water leak front window stabiltrak problems

This is a roomy vehicle and nice to drive . Accept it has more problems then anyone should have in one vehicle . We bought it with 39,000 miles and 3 days later figured out that the front windshield was leaking and dripping into my steering column . The dealership would not take the vehicle back. So I had gmc involved . They gave a warranty for 30,000 additional miles . Within a month later it was a snow storm I was trying to get home and guess what the belt comes off . They tell me I drove it into a snow bank . I say it was not and we live in Indiana and we get snow . So I can’t drive it in the winter now ? There r documented moments where we would lose steering while Turning . And the car would stall . I returned it to the dealership notified gmc and told them I was not coming back for the vehicle . I felt it had to do with water damage because the vehicle had been sitting on the lot in rain snow and ice for months . They gave me my 5 th loaner car and said they would not call until everything was fixed . I still did not want to keep the car felt it was unsafe for my teen to drive . Every light on the vehicle is on constantly and my auto start no longer works . Now the Stabili Trak light is on we get reduced engine power while driving 70 miles an the car just gives out . Pretty sure I smelled something burning the other day . And at that time the vehicle was not having this problem . Maybe GMC just wants these vehicles to catch fire and burn to the ground so they can keep looking the other way !!!! 🤬
I have purchased 5 vehicle's here over the past 15 years. My first vehicle was a suburban, I took it in for a paint job and 6 weeks later they called me and said was stolen. They had no sympathy for me at all, said was my problem and that I need to call the police and my insurance company. 3 years ago I traded my 2011 Tahoe in for a Silverado before my first oil change I had to add a quart of oil. I complained about the tapping noise and the loss of oil to the service manager and she said according to GM it's normal for a GM vehicle to use a quart of oil every 3 to 5000 miles. I've been touch if your vehicle needs oil it is leaking or burning it. So needless to say I wish I had my old Tahoe back, no problems at all. You think they would try and take care of a long term repetitive customer and give them a deal. Looks like I'll be driving a Ford or Dodge next year.

This car has met my needs FOR SURE. Great on gas and drives with ease! I love it! Easy to operate and I enjoy the design, It comfortably fits my children and it is very spacious.
Service was the usual, exceptional. Used car I bought was clean inside, exterior in v.g. shape the MGR, Mr. Ashley, was courteous and knowledgeable and took care to explain the features of the vehicle.. I helped my son in buying the car, I presenntly lease a Cadenza from this Bev Smith location.
The 4 cylinder is a low maintenance SUV

The past 4 years with this vehicle have been reliable. I've been able to save gas while having the space to move around with family or to other cities, the interface is simple and straight forward, so knowing when a oil change is coming to maintain the vehicle to good performance helped me a lot.
The power steering is electronic so there is no need to check for fluids there, the wheel is always soft and easy to drive.
Andrew Matthews in service was exceptional. I had a car that was in a garage for three years and his team had it up and running in just a few days. His communication throughout the process was awesome.

My 2017 GMC Sierra SLT is the best truck I ever owned. The headlights are very bright making it easier to see at night with the automatic highbeams. The Bose radio has excellent sound. I average 20 miles to a gallon in the city. The seats are very comfortable and the back seat in the crew cab has plenty of room for adults. The interior is very quite. The parking sensors and lane guidance system work very well. Yes, I love this truck.

Annoying noise from plastic rear bumper on highway

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience. One comment we made to the sale manager was that when one salesperson is extremely busy others should be more inclined to help so customers do not have to spend excessive time at the dealership. This by no means takes anything away from our sales person (Jonathan).

Perfect fit for when I have 6 of my grandchildren with me and storage is great having to transport a baby stroller and my husband Walker and have groceries.
The only problem is we sometimes smell strong odor of gas. But there isn't a recall for it. We taking it in just as soon as we can get my second car running .
Very helpful, completed all the paper work quickly and efficiently. Over and over he reminded his door is open with any issues, questions, or problems. Good sales person

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
Kyle was the best. He is fair and great to work with and honestly I never owned a Gmc always navigators this by far is a better truck. And ur staff impeccable. What an experience I love it and I loved Kyle ty

It was love at first sight. Have only put 200 miles on it but I have felt no issues with the 8 speed trans. Shifts smoothly and timely. The V-6 has plenty of power and tows the same weight as my old 09 Silverado 4x4. I'm hoping this will be a long lasting truck. Living in NY I made sure to get undercoating and rust proofing and a 100k warranty
We bought a 2018 GMC Canyon SLE black, and added extended warranty, GAP, Tire Protection. We are comfortable and happy with the deal we've got from the team @ Delray Buick GMC, especially with Jeff( Internet Sales Mgr), Jordan S.( Sales Mgr), Luis V.( Sales person) and John C.(Finance Mgr).

Great truck and a stylish daily driver! Purchased it new and currently have 14,000 miles on it. Use to be a Ford truck guy but I’m not disappointed with the switch. Only two issues with it since new. The outside ambient temperature sensor was not giving correct temperature. Also, the wireless charging pad on the center console never worked. As it turns out, all the 2017’s with this feature didn’t work. GM developed a replacement charging pad but did not cover the replacement under warranty. It cost me $275.00 to have it retrofitted with the new charging pad. It looks identical to the old pad except this one works on my IPhone X and my wife’s Samsung. How can GM sell a feature that doesn’t work in first place and the charge you to have it fixed?? That’s the subject of another conversation.
