Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Fantastic experience buying a new Terrain at SLV GMC. The sales reps, Lucas and Jason, were courteous, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about us making the right decision on a new car. The managers, Rob and Mike, were friendly and non-aggressive; all other dealerships we visited, unfortunately, did not meet this standard set by SLV GMC. Ultimately, we got a fair value on our trade-in and a great price on a new car. Cannot overstate how great this place is.

This dealership is awesome! The sales guy Mario was best sales guy I've worked with. And Mike the finance manager made the number crunching easy! The truck is everything I wanted and more. The free car washes are definitely an added bonus. Will definitely be sending people your way!

Randy Taylor was professional and knowledgeable with trailers. My concern was getting a trailer home and my side by side wouldn’t fit. He made arrangements so I could pull the trailer to my home and check the clearance. We knew it would be close, he recommended a beaver tail feature on the trailer allowing a better approach for clearance when loading and unloading. Their staff was great to work with. I felt comfortable with absolutely no pressure! If you are looking I recommend Young Automotive Group!

Debbie the service tech is amazing. I made the appointment online for which the service writer in charge of those was off for the week. Debbie got in, pulled my name up, and got my car in and being worked on right away. The diagnostics took a little longer than expected, but Debbie and the team kept in constant communication with me throughout to let me know what was happening and to help with a shuttle, loaner car, or anything else I may need.
Young Buick GMC was very quick to let us know available times, we had to cancel an appointment and they helped accommodate a better time for us to get in. They were very professional and kind when I dropped my vehicle off as well as timely in getting it done quickly and efficiently.
From the time we met Jon he was patient and willing to let us take our time. I kept expecting him to apply the pressure, but he never did. Even to the time when we made our decision we felt no pressure.He seemed to be on our side and only wanted us to buy the car if we really wanted to.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
I am SO happy with our new van!! When we went into the dealership, my husband and I had the opportunity to work with Landon. He was FANTASTIC!! He helped us research some vehicles, including some I had never considered (namely Kia). I'm so glad he took the time to listen to our wants and needs so he could get us into a car that we love!
