Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

The experience was professional, fast, and accommodating. I started out at the Kia dealership in Shoreline, WA, and was receiving OK service, but the management seemed not to be willing to accommodate myself and my wife on a Sunday afternoon. During a test drive, we called my nephew, who had recently purchased a Kia Soul, and he said to go to Kia in Renton, WA. I called, and the sales manager, Darian Cheeth, met me and delivered with professionalism, patience, and most of all, the willingness to accommodate my payment plan and vehicle needs for my wife and family.

Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

Salesman TJ was friendly, helpful and listened to what we wanted in a truck. Sales Manager Danny was also helpful in getting us the deal we wanted. Very satisfied with this dealership and will use them again.

Sales Manager Alton Grounds and Internet Sales Manager Kenny Wiliams are both 100% in the offer of cars that cannot be refused, but simply Professional, that's for sure, I highly recommend them both to everyone.

I will only go to Enumclawcjd the men to deal with jim Anthony and lee are great I'm sure the others are but my experience was with these three there super patiant and want to treat you right as a human being jim the finance manager is the best gentleman and a scholar I am super glad that I've been able to do my business with them and will take my dodge truck to them period thanks guys at Enumclawcjd

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Dustin at Enumclaw Dodge is awesome! He was very patient, informative and zero pressure. He and the other folks at ECJD were very competitive on my trade value and pricing on a new Scat Pack Charger. In the end we were about $900 apart from a deal and I did not purchase but that was not due to their lack of effort, sometimes the deal just doesn’t make sense for both parties after all it is a business and they have a bottom line to meet as well. In any case if you are looking for a great deal with great folks who are competitive, honest and zero pressure do yourself a favor and head to Enumclaw and ask for Dustin. If there is a deal to be made, I am confident they will take care of you.

We have always bought used cars and drove them for years and years. However, now in our retirement we wanted to purchase for the first time a new car that was a little more sporty with all the safety bells and whistles that are available on the market today. There was no hovering over us or undue pressure in any way. We have historically been Toyota people, and they have great cars for sure, but the competitive price and superior warranties that KIA has for new cars were what sold us. The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

Brought my Escape in for an oil change and inspection, they told me it would be one hour which I expected. They finished it in a half an hour and were very friendly. Thank you!

The Sedona is the best all around choice for giving you comfort in every ride at a very reasonable price. Many features found in more expensive SUVs.

I got a 2017 Jeep Renegade and got it for only about 13k before taxes and insurance. It looks brand new and the interior is super clean. My experience was very positive and easy, everyone was really kind and helpful and there was a really cute dog running around greeting everyone, his name is Rambo. My process finished within a couple hours, and I bought the car as-is so I'm not sure about the total condition of the car but from the test drive it ran fairly well like a new car would. Overall really good experience! (:

Tony does not plays games. He shows you the truck you want and them makes sure it fits your budget! I will be buying my daughter from Tony this Summer.

We have liked the Toyota Sienna so much, this is the 2nd one we purchased and each one we owned and never experienced any out of the ordinary problems. Great family vehicle.

More over head entertainment. The one tv makes it harder for the rear passengers to see it. One per row would be great and a better sound system.

I replaced my 2009 Mazda 5 with a 2016 model. There was some cost cutting to maintain the price point but it is a very practical vehicle with great value and economy. I like the loaded GT package with leather interior, sunroof and the 6-speed manual transmission.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I hate buying cars but thank God I found LKL Motors! Easiest, most stress free experience I have ever had! They do not hound you or follow you around on the lot. Very easy to work with. I bought a car with a broken windshield and LKL Motors replaced it for me. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend this place.

Volkswagen Van is quite noisy and also expensive. Engine make noise like rumble. I do not like sound van make, but is ok in every other way. Hit 200,000 miles and still work good. Engine noise bother me. Only other problem is head light no work anymore so I have to fix.

Sarah is very professional and helpful. The dealership that sold the car lost the second key. After receiving my second key, I had difficulties getting that dealership to arrange payment. Sarah contacted that dealership and arrange payment for my second key programming. Excellent service.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I went in for an oil change and Derek was very helpful and attentive. There were several clients ahead of me, but all jobs were done quickly. I was in and out within 90 minutes. Job well done.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I had my car serviced, The young gentleman at the desk named Bailey that was helping me was very pleasant and kept me informed. The work was completed within the hour. I was very satisfied with my experience.
