I purchased a Pre-Owned Porsche Boxster S from Ultimo Motors online from 900 miles away, and included a trade of my vehicle in the process. The entire deal could not have gone smoother. Tasho was very professional, prompt and detailed from negotiating the trade-in via email and phone, through picking up the vehicle. I reviewed the paperwork in advance, then drove my car 900 miles to trade it in and pick up the Porsche I purchased. I had full confidence this dealership would complete the deal as expected, and they did. When I arrived, my new vehicle was spotless and ready to go. We went for a quick test drive then we worked quickly through the documentation and I was on my way. I wish I had more time to spend in their spectacular indoor showroom full of high end vehicles. Working through the sale and warranty documentation with Brian was a breeze. He was also very detailed and professional. This is a no-nonsense specialty dealership with the type of professionals you want to deal with when you're purchasing an expensive vehicle, especially from far away. I flew from Denver to Chicago to make a final inspection on my 2013 Cayenne GTS. The car was as promised in pristine condition with 20,000 miles. I had a blast driving it back home. When I arrived, Larry LaCoste greeted me and with his vast knowledge and experience with Porsche really convinced me I was getting a phenomenal vehicle. He has followed up with me a few times to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. A great guy. Raul in sales was great to deal with on the front end of the purchase process answering questions and helping me with anything I needed. I recently bought a used LR4 from Robbie and Jamie at Luxury Auto Selection. From the minute we walked in it was the most relaxed, pressure free, car purchase I’ve experienced. Wayyyy better than the endless haggling and upsell after upsell that happens at a regular dealership. The selection of cars is impressive and overall the customer service was just great. Born and raised in the great Chicagoland area but haven???t lived there since 1985. Motor Werks has always been a leader in the luxury car market there for as long as I remember. When I found the vehicle online I was searching for at Motor Werks in Barrington I was put in contact with Sales Specialist Mark Smith. Was I concerned about purchasing a vehicle site unseen? Not at all! Working through the process with Mark Smith was seamless and transparent. From Mark to Rashard in Finance I was treated with honesty, respect and like family. I flew in to O???Hara Airport and took the Metra train to Barrington station where I was met with a Motor Works representative. The vehicle was just as stated, immaculately prepped with a full tank. Took it for a test ride and was very happy. Paperwork was a breeze, took delivery and was on the road and home to Minneapolis for dinner that evening. Mark Smith followed up with a phone call the following day to insure my trip went well. He again contacted me a month later to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything else he could he???ll with. I highly recommend Motor Werks in Barrington, IL. I was very pleased with my car buying experience. Anthony Juliano went above and beyond to help me in my decision between an Accord, CRV and other vehicles I was considering, patiently answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained the different models and options, all without any pressure. My experience with Linda Naus was equally pleasant. She presented options to me professionally and without any pressure. I wasn't feeling well that day and she made sure that I got through all the necessary paperwork as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with both Anthony and Linda and I would highly recommend both of them and the dealership to others seeking a pleasant car buying experience.
Having driven an hour to check out a car, I was immediately impressed with the size of the dealership and then from the moment I walked in the door you just feel like you mattered. Kevin has a very relaxed approach and makes you comfortable. Car was exactly as described, I purchased it on the spot after taking it for a test drive. I came in for a simple oil change, and I was made to feel special. I lease a base Macan and they treated me today like I bought 2 GT3 RSs!
