I had another outstanding experience at Porsche Annapolis! Rob Schiller has been exceptional throughout the entire service process from day one, consistently keeping me informed about any updates. I also want to highlight Luis, the technician who worked on my vehicle; he did a remarkable job servicing my car to like-new condition again. And Steve Wood, a very courteous gentleman, personally delivered a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced, which made the process much more convenient. After spending somet time online searching for a used vehicle, I came across a previously leased one at this dealership. Michael Chauca, the internet sales manager was friendly and knowlegeable about the vehicle that I was interested in buying, (which alas was not a Porche), and was able to answer all my quesitons. Also just want to mention that of all the dealerships I visited, this one had the best coffee machine and snacks. The only thing I think they could do better would be to streamline filling out all the paperwork after you decide to go ahead with the purchase - it seamed to go on for ever..

Porsche Annapolis and Robert my service advisor were outstanding. We had a battery light warning. The service department quickly addressed and replaced the battery. Robert checked and found that the battery was covered under warranty. Best service experience in the DMV
