Porsche Irvine review
Best costumer service from a car dealership that I have ever received! Special shout out to Garrick Chai! Garrick was responsive and courteous. He also answered the questions my husband and I posed with straight forward answers. He helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. We purchased the vehicle and were met with smiles from everyone who worked at Porsche Irvine. We felt like we were joining a "family brand". Not just a car sale. Made all the difference (plus Porsche speaks for itself). Thank You!

William is a great service advisor. He is always polite, is attentive to my explanation about the vehicle, and make good suggestions on what we should do moving forward with the maintenance of my cars. I also enjoy talking about cars in general with him. He is certainly one of the top reasons why I choose to work with Porsche Riverside.

Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.

2023 Porsche Taycan review
Fantastic driver. Very quiet inside and out. Back seat small for adults, and the car is a little low to the ground so some may find it hard to get out of. I would have liked a bit more interior storage space, but it does have two trunks! Came with several upgrades that I really appreciate. Performance has to be tried to be believed.

I saw my Cayenne at 5am Wednesday morning on Cars.com. I used their AI chat to make a 9am appointment. I met with Rob at the dealership, took a test drive and sealed the deal. I was driving home in my new-to-me 2018 Cayenne Turbo by 12:30. The entire process was seamless with no surprises. I would highly recommend Porsche Riverside for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Truly he's a professional and we hold him in the highest regard. Additionally, Michael in finance made it quick and painless. He was patient and actually got a us a better deal than we expected on the tire and wheel protection.

Porsche Riverside review
Tony Nguyen in sales at Riverside Porsche was extremely knowledgeable about the porsche market place. I bought a 2015 911. His knowledge and customer service skills were impeccable. Also Kevin in service and Andy in finance were a pleasure to deal with and very honest and upfront about everything

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years
