This car is a rocket on 4 wheels. The PDK transmission shifts very quickly with no lag or delay in torque. In fact the torque seems to increase in addition to achieving great gas mileage. That's a formidable task compared to other performance cars. The car does sit low to the ground so if you have bad knees or hips then it might not be a good fit for you.

What can you say about any 911? The one I test drove was the S. It’s just the perfect sports car. Light, just enough power to go fast, not overwhelming. Comfortable, quiet, composed at any speed. The soft top is so quiet. Almost like a regular top. With the top down, you can still hold a somewhat normal conversation at highway speeds. Just the perfect car for a cruise or fast run on a sunny day.

I've been fortunate to own several cars, including a 06 Boxster, 08 911 and now this 2013 911, which I purchased Certified with 27k miles on it. It does not disappoint, the sound, the handling, the drive is amazing and so typical Porsche. Still tight after more then 10 years and 2 prior owners. Wow. Love the car and yes, found it on Cars.com

Not a daily driver. But, by far the most fun car I’ve ever owned. Bought a 2013 S MT in 2015, still can’t part with it in 2024. This one’s a keeper. It is a pure joy to drive, mostly top down but even top up, the flat 6 boxer engine sound is incredible. Handling is superb - it’s like the car is an extension of the person driving it…the car goes where ever you want it to go effortlessly and nimbly…it’s amazing! The 981s MT is an incredible value. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

Excellent service and my Mercedes EQS arrived to my job and was delivered inside a closed trailer. It was easy working with Da Vinci Automotive as they have many EVs to choose from. I connected with my salesperson, Deni, who was very prompt whenever I had a question. I wired the money on Monday and got my EQS by Wednesday. Good communication and I recommend browsing their inventory. Will be coming back next time to upgrade.

I have owned 2 Boxters. First one was a 2001 S series. Currently own a 2008 Base model. These cars are just fantastic to drive. Both were Triptonic. The exterior update on the 2008 is perfect. Only 47,000 miles on it. Bought the car with 34,000 miles on the odometer. Near mint condition. One tip for new owners is to change oil and filter every 5,000miles. I have a great mechanic who specializes Porsches and Land Rovers, I have both. Saves me me big $$$ over dealerships cost costs on repair. Follow the maintenance ‘schedule and you will have a blast. My wife and I love driving through New England with the top down. God I love the car….

I chose a used boxster after spending several years reviewing every roadster out there. Everyone you can think of. This car was designed by a genius Harm Lagaay. This is the car that saved Porsche. I know why, design, engineering, fun, performance, reliabilty, every adjective you can tell how great a roadster is doesn't describe how you feel when you drive this car. It is an absolute work of art. Best sports car I ever owned.

I purchased and held car for 4 years. After I purchased the car it needed many things, water pump failed, brake lines, alternator failed, motor mounts failed, cup holders snapped in all I spent about $15,000.00 on it in 4 years on a well cared for car with about 40k miles on it. It’s not cheap to keep up and I did not overpay for repairs at the dealer. It’s a great car however it’s going to cost you to keep it up properly. All the while you own it you will have fun when it’s not in the shop. Every time you hear a noise you wonder what is next and how much will it cost. This is a car for owners with disposable income, time, an extra car and a good local Porsche specialist.

I ended up finding the car on CarGurus, listed by Da Vinci Automotive in Florida. To be honest, buying a car online felt like a leap of faith. I went back and forth on it for about a week, and surprisingly, the car was still available. At one point it disappeared, then popped back up on another site—that’s when I decided to reach out. That’s when Deni contacted me. We started with text, and he shared some details about the car, but I had already done my homework on its history. I’m not new to BMWs—I previously owned a 2003 5 Series and currently have a 2009 M5—so I understand the maintenance and upkeep that comes with these vehicles. I sent him a virtual shot of Clase Azul and told him since I’m buying a car virtually, you gotta take a shot virtually. Of course he didn’t, but I thought it was cool! My wife has already been eyeing a few cars on their lot, so I’ll definitely be back for another purchase soon (she didn’t even know I bought this one until it showed up!). I also want to be clear: this is a used vehicle, and with any used car, you should expect some level of maintenance. That’s not a knock on the dealership—it’s just part of the reality of buying pre-owned. This review is based purely on my experience with Deni and the buying process. For context, my mechanic—who worked for BMW for over 10 years—has handled most of my maintenance. My M5, which I bought at 60k miles, is now at 243k and still runs strong. He wasn’t thrilled about this purchase due to the known maintenance demands of the N63 engine, but he’ll be doing a full inspection this weekend. I also have an appointment with BMW to get the display key programmed, as it wasn’t synced to the car. All in all, this was a great experience. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth everything went, and I’m looking forward to doing business with Da Vinci Automotive again. 5-star experience, no question.

The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!

Check to see if the IMS bearing has been updated. If not, subtract $2-4000 for it. Looks great. This car will probably hold its value, or increase, so it’s a decent investment.
