The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!

After 911 turbos, and then having Cayman S's, I knew I wanted a 911 NA. A GT3 version seemed to fit the bill, but I could not find any to test drive. I bought a 2018 sight unseen and when it was delivered to my house, and drove it, is when I realized: you don't know until you know. There's a reason why Chris Harris can have any car he wants, and test drives all cars, and chooses a GT3 for himself. It is quick, not as fast as a turbo, but it screams like a banshee when getting up to 9k rpms. The experience is what sells this car. It is endearing and I will not let it go. No car ADD when it comes to the GT3. After years of ownership, it has not had a single issue. Definitely recommend.

Bought this baby used with just 4700 miles on it. Mine is the 6-speed manual version, 4.0L NA flat 6. I LOVE IT!!! This car is so much fun to drive. I work from home so don't have a daily commute, but it's a blast around town and on weekends. Not sure I'd love it as a daily, with a longer commute or in traffic - but that's not my situation - and we have 2 other cars in the family for daily commuting and road trips (Tesla 3 & Audi Q7). Get one as a 2nd or 3rd vehicle and it'll put a smile on your face every time!

GT4RS is awesome. GT3 engine in a mid-engine configuration. YES. Car is not too harsh for the street either. Car is loud inside. Buy it before its gone.

My GT4 is the most fun car I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had multiple BMW ‘M’ cars. As someone else mentioned, not a drag car although 4.1 secs 0-60 is no slouch. It revels in cornering, I’ve often said “I’ve never met a corner I couldn’t go around faster the next time”! I’m 6’5” and apart from being a contortionist getting in and out, it’s dry comfortable for me once sitting in the carbon fiber buckets.

Still reviewing them have had good contact so far. They were great about bringing my other vehicle to my home.

I used to own this C4S and it caused me freak out multiple times if I would take to the train station to get to work the battery wouldn’t work most of the times I got it replaced but it just wouldn’t work. Performance is great though. I wouldn’t daily it would though that’s why I switched the 2022 BMW M850i it’s luxurious it has decent power sound great stock an is very reliable and also looks pretty good. Overall get it if you have 2 or more cars don’t if this will be the only one.

I have always wanted a 911 Targa. I've always been inspired by the airy glass canopy in a refined and reliable sports car like the 911. I have wanted one since it was introduced. The glass canopy allows the outdoors in and provides plenty of light when driving through Mt. passes and canyons. I have been wanting to drive the famed 993 911 as well. This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.
