Mercedes-Benz of AustinReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Austin review
"I had a fantastic experience selling my used car here, largely thanks to Lonnie Patton. From the moment I walked in, there was zero high-pressure sales tactics. They listened to what I wanted in my 2019 Ford Escape and annswed all my questions honestly, and kept the negotiation process quick and transparent. The final price matched what we discussed online with no surprise add-ons. If you are shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Lonnie Patton, he’ll help you out.

GT4RS is awesome. GT3 engine in a mid-engine configuration. YES. Car is not too harsh for the street either. Car is loud inside. Buy it before its gone.

Capitol Chevrolet review
Great Service! I drove in with a warm welcome and didn't feel hunted like other lots I visited. Ronald (my dealer) Explained everything about the car I was looking at and was very patient with me and my questions. I was very comfortable and happy with my purchase at Capitol Chevrolet. I definitely want add-ons now.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I’ve been a Porsche customer for 10 years. Loving my Cayennes. I lived in San Antonio and now Comal county and prefer to make the 45 minute drive to South Austin becuase their sales and service team are the best in Central Texas. Easy to work with, never pushy and just overall nice people. Keep it going!

Very happy with our purchase. Sam was helpful and sat with us answering all our questions. We actually came for another car but ending up getting something bigger. He went through all of his car with us and Turned out to be exactly what we needed. Ask for Sam when stopping by. He is the best.

CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
2020 Porsche Macan review
Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

2023 Porsche Macan review
Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Group 1 Hyundai North Austin review
The whole team there at Hyundai was so friendly and everyone goes above and beyond. Our sales person was Hannah and she absolutely ROCKS! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants to speak to a professional who is genuine, patient, and not pushy at all to ask for Hannah when you go in to shop. But you will be in good hands regardless who you get. In addition to great people, this dealership has a great selection of vehicle inventory there on site to see, feel, and drive. With so much being done online these days we noticed a lot of the car lots seem to be slimming down their on site inventory. So we were so relieved when we walked onto the Hyundai site and saw all the rows of cars and different colors to choose from. I d not usually do reviews and on the rare occasions that I have I usually type one or two lines, but I can?t say enough about how great my experience was at this place! Just go. You?ll see!
2021 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love my 2021 Porsche Macan! I purchased it preowned, and it was an incredible value with very low miles. It looks amazing, feels luxurious, and is so much fun to drive. The handling is smooth and sporty, and every time I get behind the wheel, I enjoy the experience. I am very happy with my Macan and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, reliable, and exciting SUV.

I've been doing business with this dealership for 15 years through the ownership of four Bentleys . They have always made me feel special and appreciated. I have complete confidence in their service department and have always been treated fairly. I highly recommend the Bentley marque and this purveyor of these fine motorcars!
2017 Porsche Panamera review
The 2017 Panamera Turbo is phenomenal: It is the perfect blend of sports car (0-60 in 3.0 seconds… Entering traffic or accelerating to pass is exhilarating at 550 hp/567 lb/ft torque) & luxury vehicle (4 door, plenty of room for back seat passengers, plus plenty of storage room with hatch back & rear seats can fold down for more space. Beautiful interior, appointments & super sound system). This vehicle is very impressive, drives/corners like a dream (these tires just Grip the road on turns) and people commented on it regularly. This is a beast of a sports car that also happens to carry four people comfortably!

Corvette Country review
Had a great experience with Tony and Beau. We communicated via text message per my request because it made things easier to go over with my husband, and because I have children being loud all around me. They gave me a lot for my trade in, and Tony assured me he would not drop that price once I made it to their shop. I live about 3 hours away, and that assurance was nice. Everything was smooth sailing, and I did not feel like I got any kind of run around or car salesman duping. It was cut and dry and a pleasure to work with honest men.
2012 Porsche Panamera review
I've owned my 2012 Panamera Turbo "S" for a few years now. There is no comparison. It's a freak of nature. This car absolutely hugs the road and still is just as fast as the new 911's. Other than oil changes its never spent one day in the shop.

Excellent service. Very up front. Could bit ask for anything more regarding car buying. Looking for forward to having my Porsche for years and working with their service going forward.
2023 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

I buy and service my cars here and I know that they always go out of their way to make my experience a good one. It’s obvious they look for opportunities to impress me with great service and attention and the preowned vehicles they carry in inventory are all in very nice shape.

Kyle has been my service coordinator since purchasing my Cayenne in 2022. Always responsive & takes his time to answer any questions. I recently had an emergency repair and he quickly expedited a loaner vehicle which was most appreciated. Thank you so much!
2023 Porsche Taycan review
Fantastic driver. Very quiet inside and out. Back seat small for adults, and the car is a little low to the ground so some may find it hard to get out of. I would have liked a bit more interior storage space, but it does have two trunks! Came with several upgrades that I really appreciate. Performance has to be tried to be believed.

2023 Porsche Cayenne review
One of the top 3 best SUVs in the market by far, only rivaled by RR and Bentley. The quality is flawless; it drives like a car but with the comfort of a luxury SUV. Best of both worlds. I have a 911 and I am shocked how fantastic is the driving experience of the Cayenne

This is my second purchase from Porsche Austin, Texas. Same sales rep or ambassador as when I purchased my first one which is ANTHONY. He has a very good way of making you feel at ease and very honest person enjoyed the whole experience and have gone there for service and Kyle has been great.
2025 Porsche 911 review
My 2025 911 GTS T Hybrid with 4-wheel drive was one of the first delivered to the U:S. The car is surprisingly fast, and it is virtually impossible to tell it is a hybrid. Acceleration is very linear and the handling is on a par with its power. Instrument layout is far superior to the 992.1 models, and the digital tachometer, which I was concerned about, is actually very acceptable.
