I'm a loyal customer of Porsche West Palm Beach Brahman based on one thing Service. Krystal is phenomenal from A to Z she never misses out on details. She genuinely cares for customer making entire process flawless. Clear and easy communication, diagnostic sent to phone. Krystal and Rachel had my loaner car waiting. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

Experience started off a little rough when I initially reached out for a car I was interested in. No flexibility on the price so I waited it out until the priced dropped incrementally from not being sold. Rich in Finance is amazing and was able to get everything squared away with the utmost professionalism. I also appreciate Ken picking me up from the airport after I flew down for pickup. The 991.2 Porsche 911 really is the everyday sports car. Not conspicuous but also not mundane. With so many variants available, its hard not to find a 911 that fits YOUR needs and wants. The engine is sublime, the interior is refined and well built, and the cockpit ergonomics are unmatched. After driving a 911 (any variant), any other sub-150K sports car is just Meh. One of the underappreciated aspects of using this car on a daily basis is how easy it is to live with: the outward visibility is excellent, the tech is great, and the car is comfortable on long drives. When looking for your first 911, you should consider with a well-loved 991. I prefer the "Dot 2's" because of the turbo engine and the Apple CarPlay but the 991.1's have a charm of their own and shouldn't be discounted. One of the few drawbacks to any 911 is the road noise...you will have to get used to hearing those big tires hitting the road and if you drive on rough roads the majority of the time you WILL be annoyed (maybe look at a NSX or a C8 instead). Otherwise, you will not regret the ownership experience!
