Our experience with Atlas was extremely positive. We ended up purchasing an older Civic located elsewhere, but the 2019 Civic that we viewed and test-drove at Atlas was in excellent condition, and Dan (the sales manager) was extremely proactive and helpful. I would highly recommend Atlas to anyone looking for a reliable used car (Atlas specializes in BMW's but occasionally accepts other brands such as Honda on trade in).

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. 2016 Cayenne Diesel is a great car. Well built, great performance, yes you can accelerate uphill, great brakes, great looks, comfortable for short and long trips. Drive 100 miles on the highway and watch your mileage remaining increase! Always fun.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Roy was our sales experience consigliere and is the best there is. We came into the dealership quite tense and Roy became our trusted advisor through this process. Roy even felt the vehicle could have been cleaner and personally came to our home to pick it up after purchase for it to be fully detailed. Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.
