Chad went above and beyond expected service. I live in SC and connected with Chad on the internet. Once Chad and I agreed on the car and price he kept me in the loop constantly on its delivery. The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership. Could not have asked for better service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. The sales team was not pushy at all. I felt really comfortable in every aspect of the car buying experience. Although, I think I should have gotten a better interest rate, I was unsure of if I could negotiate that aspect of the transaction, but you live and learn.
Mr Jaffer was very responsive and professional. However, there was a substantial scratch on the car below the passenger side door which was not divulged, and for which Drive A Dream refused to assume responsibility after delivery from GA to FL by car carrier. Initially they tried to blame the car carrier for the scratch. However, after critical, frame by frame review of the video of the car that they sent initially, the scratch can be seen, proving that it was present from the outset. It subsequently cost $300 to repair, which I feel should have been reimbursed by Drive A Dream. However they refused, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the whole transaction.
I have been a long-time Porsche customer. When moving into the Atlanta area my previous dealer suggested Jim Ellis Porsche to take care of my cars. I've had great experience and support from the service group (a shout-out to Craig Buffinton who takes excellent care of my vehicles.) This was my first experience buying a car. It also was great. Brandon Matsumoto provided the "exact" amount of interaction and support for my wife and I to feel comfortable with the process. Ryan McIntyre, the pre-owned sales manager helped us work through a couple of points unique to our needs. The quality and depth of the selection was important. I have made my purchase of a CPO 2016 Cayenne S and am very satisfied with all aspects of the experience.
I have been driving Audi's and BMW's for over a decade and wanted to try something different. As I was searching for a car, I test drove a Macan. The car handled beautifully but what blew me away was the warranty. 6 year unlimited miles. I ended up buying a Cayenne because of the space but Porsche performance is second to none. I love my car.
My first service at Porsche! Had a minor issue with my lane change assist. After several trips back, my issues was resolved. So far, service rep. was friendly enough and accomodating. The service area was a refreshing place to have a snack, drink, or just work. Check out was a breeze.
Buying from Osammah and Nexus is amazing. I went into several dealerships around me to find a GTR and not only did most of the sales people know nothing about the car but when they found out what I wanted they pounced. Nexus was quite different. I actually lost the original auction but a few days later I got a call. Osammah said the finanacing fell through for another customer and made everything really simple. Flew into Atlanta from Texas, got picked up and saw the car. He answered all my questions and was nice enough to allow me to follow him to his house to see his Alpha 12 GTR. I cannot stress enough how this purchase was made so easy. And the best part is that even after the purchase I am still in contact with Osammah! Great car. Great dealership. Great experience.
