2023 Porsche Taycan review
Fantastic driver. Very quiet inside and out. Back seat small for adults, and the car is a little low to the ground so some may find it hard to get out of. I would have liked a bit more interior storage space, but it does have two trunks! Came with several upgrades that I really appreciate. Performance has to be tried to be believed.

2018 Porsche Macan review
Purchased as a CPO. So far it is fantastic. Performance, Styling, fit and finish are as expected in a Porsche. Reliability will be a measure moving forward. So far for a 5 year old car with under 50K miles it is like new. Time will tell if it develops the good ole German oil leaks (I’ve yet to own an Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, and VW that didn’t leak oil as it got older.)

2018 Macan S CPO .. I’ve owned a lot of cars/trucks over the years, BMW’s, Mercedes, Hondas, Chevy’s, Ford’s, Buicks, etc. and so far this Macan S brings the biggest smile .. stupid fast .. minimal road noise .. fabulous interior .. I recently purchased a GranTurismo S from sales associate Kari Lloyd. The process could not have been better. By email I arranged a time with Kari to see the car, and she asked me if I would like a cappuccino when I arrived. I told her my preference, and a cappuccino mocha was waiting for me. She also made scones the night before for me to enjoy while we spoke about the car. I had my eye on a 2011 that was a beautiful Bordeaux exterior with a light beige and black interior. We took a test drive and she showed me some of the features and spoke of others. There was never any pressure sales tactics and the sales manager was very understanding when I said I wanted to explore my financing options over the next few days. Kari kept in touch during that time by email, as I had explained to her that I work at night and sleep during the day. When I had my financing in place I let Kari know and we setup a time to meet on my next day off. Again, she had the scones and another cappuccino mocha waiting for me. I made my offer and within no more than 10 minutes I had a deal. No back and forth between the sales associate and the manager. I was completely done with the deal and had my keys in an hour and a half. Kari took time to explain functions of the car and helped pair the bluetooth from my phone to the media system. They had detailed it, filled it with petrol, made sure the second key was programmed properly and then I was off on my new adventure of owning an Italian exotic car. Just before I left, Kari noticed that something still needed attention in the car and we drove to the service bay where they cleaned a small area of the interior. Kari then let me know that the dealership was holding a car wash for their clients on the weekend following. Even though the event was booked up on their website, she got me on the list and I was treated with the same respect by other members of the team that I met. I highly recommend Kari Lloyd's professionalism and her willingness to provide extras to make one feel welcome and respected. The entire team made me feel like I was their most important customer. These days, I find customer service like that a rare thing indeed.

2018 Porsche Macan review
One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

2020 Porsche Macan review
2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I wish someone had told me about it before I purchased it. It wasn't gonna change my mind, but I'd appreciated an explanation. I still don't know why it's different....

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

eHybrid is amazing. Well designed, great performance. Ya gotta love the 60 electric miles on a charge. Tight steering BOOST power is very useful for passing or quick acceleration.

2020 Porsche Macan review
Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

2023 Porsche Macan review
I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Setting up the appointment took less than five minutes on the phone. Eric had my records at his fingertips within the first minute. Dropped off my car the day after, they had it on the list and whisked it away. The loaner car was a black macan, fully equipped. I was out less than fifteen minutes after arrival. Eric gave me a status in the afternoon, told me the issue and asked to keep My cayman for another day to get the part. The next afternoon the part was installed, car road tested and ready. This time I was in and out in ten minutes, no arguing or hidden charges. My car was washed and vacuumed, no trace of any work. I cant imagine anything easier.

2021 Porsche Macan review
Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.
