Life is too short, drive a Cayenne!

I have owned the car for nearly 6 yrs, and it previously was owned by the Porsche dealer's owner, so I knew it was well taken care of for the 13000 miles on it before I bought it. I have put on 62K miles and have had relatively few problems, nothing major. Normal maintenance and expenses are not cheap, but love the feel and looks of the car. Previously only owned 2 door Porsches and never thought I would buy a 4 door. Glad I got the car.

I was browsing on Cars.com for a Porsche SUV and I found one that I was quite interested in. So I called the Beverly Hills Porsche dealer on a Sunday and glad that a gentleman named Adam picked up my call. I told him that I’m a Costco member and usually dealt with the fleet manager which gives me the best OTD (out the door ) price for me to make a quick decision. Within a matter of minutes, Adam texted me back with all the info and numbers i was looking for. After reviewing all the details, I made an appointment to visit the dealer the next day. Upon arrival, Adam greeted me and I inspected the vehicle inside out and sat inside the vehicle without even test driving it, knowing how excellent ratings this Cayenne E-hybrid has. I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

As someone who is accustomed to full-size SUVs, lately I have wanted to get a sexy and sporty car. But since I have kids, the decision as to which car became difficult, until my wife suggested the Porsche Panamera. This car is both a comfortable sedan and a sexy sports car. It is a great choice!

The Service Department was so easy to work with. My advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave me a list of repairs and the order in which I should address them. He never pressured me to buy any more service then what I came in for, he never made me feel dumb when I asked questions about my car, and he treated me with respect. After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

I've been looking for a car for a month, and this is place definitely a 5-star place to buy a second-hand. Because it is small, I was doubtful in the first, but the sales person Kent makes the whole buying process easy and no fuss at all. This is a weird review, since I didn't actually buy a car from them, but it had nothing to do with the salesperson, Danny. I would've definitely pruchased from him if an offer I had placed a week prior didn't suddenly come through. I really found his honesty and helpfulness refreshing, since I had been in and out of several very snakey dealerships. I'd highly recommend Danny to anyone who is tired of the sales people who see them as nothing more than a mark.

Not for everyone but if you want a roadster it’s the best for the money. A true joy to drive and as comfortable as you can get in a top-down car.

I had messages popping up on the screen about steering, engine, and others. Being in the middle of this pandemic lockdown I delayed having looked at. I called Steve Ellis and he advised to give it a few days to see if computer reset. It didn’t and I txted Steve he setup an appointment, and it got taken care of. Skip was there since it was Steve’s time off. Everything was organized, it took only a few minutes to drop off the care pickup a loaner and be away. Picking up was again easy and fast. Truly a professional operation. Under normal circumstances I would see Marty and Catch-up with him, another professional.

Terrific car and the best I have ever owned Comfort downgraded because the leather seats are just too hard, a common problem with leather seating. Lexus uses much softer leather, making their seats much more comfortable for a long drive. Wouldn't need heated seats if not for the leather seating surfaces. Fabric is MUCH more comfortable. Interior design is excellent except for the extensive use of bright metal accents which should never be used in a convertible. Solved with matte black vinyl wrap. Infotainment system is an unmitigated disaster - it simply fails to work much too often, specifically Apple CarPlay works only about half the time, backup camera often fails to display, and sometimes the display shows nothing but "Loading Home." This should be simple to fix but local dealer refuses or is incapable of doing the right thing. This is a terrific $50K sports car; too bad it costs so much more. Reliability downgraded only because of infotainment problems. No mechanical issues.

Every visit to Mckenna has been beyond my (an OCD Porsche owner) expectations. I was in for a basic service this week and when an additional repair was needed I was immediately offered a loaner car. Wow, another fun Porsche to play with! Now I really have a (first world) problem, as Im tempted to buy a new car... Regarding the service, its simply the best choice to follow the factory recommendations AND have it done at a certified Porsche dealer. My experiences with Mel and his team (Bryce is my advisor), have always reinforced this choice. The prices are fair, and their knowledge of the product and advice are always offered with my best interest in mind. Thats important to me. Now, hopefully Ill be writing another review for the sales team soon!

So far this is the most beautiful, powerful and smooth driving tech marvel we have owned! The interior Bordeaux Red interior is gorgeous and the technical layout of the center panel, and dash is awesome if you like separate buttons/switches for everything.
