Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from John Bowler. He and Carmine Lofaro (Finance) were great. This is a small dealership but they were not pushy or anxious to sell me. In fact, this was the first out of eight dealerships I visited. Came full circle and happy that I did. As you might expect, out of eight regional dealerships, some felt more like your stereotypical dealership than others. DeCozen and a couple of others were class acts. In retrospect, I realize that the initial deal DeCozen offered was aggressive to get my business. None of the other dealerships matched DeCozen's initial offer. Granted, there is no much financial wiggle room on Wranglers. But DeCozen didn't change their initial offer after I committed as I have experienced before. They delivered as promised and didn't try to take me out of the market prematurely. I love the vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting DeCozen if you are in the market.

Rt 603 Auto Mall review
I wasted my time going to other dealerships. Now I know why I took my time when I came here, I found what I was looking for with a good deal.
2022 RAM 1500 review
I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
I’ve had several disappointing experiences with Silver Star Mercedes-Benz during my previous visits, so I truly appreciate receiving exceptional service this time. Beatriz handled my concerns with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely positive attitude. Her excellent customer service made a significant difference in my overall experience. Beatriz is a great example of how customers should be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I sincerely hope Silver Star recognizes employees like her and continues to build a team with the same high standards. Unfortunately, poor attitudes from some staff members can negatively affect the dealership’s reputation. and i wish then to get fired immediately BR, Oliver

Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
What a difference buying from a family-owned and operated business makes! I have purchased many vehicles from private sellers to mom and pop shops to mega dealerships...NEVER have I had a better experience than working with Blake and the Security team. They took the time to understand my needs and goals, found the perfect vehicle for me and worked to get me the best price and financing options to fit my budget. I was very specific in what I wanted, and Blake never stopped working to find the ideal match. In the end, the Finance Manager John actually found an additional rebate for me bringing my payment below what I was prepared to sign for! Walking into the dealership with my wife and two kids, felt like we were at a family member's home, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you to Blake, John and the Vigorito family for making this an incredible experience, we will ABSOLUTELY be back.

Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
We had a great experience buying my Jeep from Security DCJR. The staff was friendly, professional, and answered all our questions without any pressure. The buying process was smooth and straightforward, and they made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We’re very happy with my new Jeep and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you for the excellent service! A special thank you to [Alise] for being knowledgeable, patient, and making the entire process easy and enjoyable.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.
