Ray Price Auto Park Mt. PoconoReviews
Ray Price Auto Park Mt. Pocono review
I cannot speak any higher of my experience with the professionals at Ray Price Mount Pocono dealership. The customer service I received is some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I randomly chose Ray Price simply because they had a great selection of the type of used vehicle I was looking for; I wanted to avoid hopping from one place to the next. They were an hour away, but the drive was worth it to me. My buying experience went very smoothly – they made it stress-free and easy. I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. It naturally took some time to work through the process, but Brian had great follow through in keeping in touch with me along the way. I am extremely pleased with the positive outcome and – long story short – very thankful I went to Ray Price Mount Pocono to purchase my vehicle. There is no doubt I will return when our family is in the market for another vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

They had me sitting in the showroom for a good chunk of the afternoon because finance was backed up two deals ahead of mine. The chairs are not comfortable, fyi. But nobody rushed the actual paperwork when my turn came and the out the door price matched what we'd talked about, down to the dollar. Compass is running great.

Honestly wasn't sure I'd buy from a small town lot, figured the selection would be thin and the prices padded. It was the opposite. They had three of the exact trim I was after, which the bigger place off 81 couldn't manage, and the pricing was already where I'd have negotiated to. I did push a little on the doc fee out of habit and got nowhere, which is fair enough. Whole thing took a Saturday morning.

I read every review I could find before driving over here, the good ones and the one star rants, because those tell you more. Mostly what people said was that the process is boring and nothing weird happens, and honestly that matched my day exactly. Test drove two, picked one, financed through them because their rate beat my bank by a hair. Nothing dramatic to report and that's the compliment.

Truck's fine and the price was honest, but the delivery got pushed twice because of something with the title from the previous owner. Three extra days of driving my brother in laws car. They were apologetic about it and it eventually sorted itself out. Would still shop here, jsut wanted to be accurate.

My wife and I are beyond pleased with this company! Over the years, we've had a fantastic experience getting our Dodge repaired here, so we decided to explore their sales department. While the repair process took some time, we were assigned an account manager who kept us updated every step of the way. The sales process? Absolutely seamless! No pressure—just a team that genuinely works with you. I couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Kelvin, Ray, and Dan / Dan for all your help!

Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram review
Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

I just leased a 2023 jeep Sahara Wrangler. What a great car shopping experience. Tyler Jorgensen, and Joe Loonam were outstanding. They took their time and showed us several models and explained the features and benefits of each car. It’s not easy buying a car nowadays and they both were true professionals. I highly recommend precision Jeep in Butler New Jersey.

Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. Especially happy he mentioned the idling at a traffic light shut off feature. I would have went into straight panic mode if he hadn't. Big shout out to Shante Abney who got me in the door. Compass for life!!!!!
