Bought a 2014 Jeep. Never asked for any special deals. When asking for a little bit of help to make price better I was told "there's only so much we can do. What do you expect?"
I then was promised another key. Only received one key: was told for a month the previous keener was sending it it in the mail. Here we are 3.5 months later with no key. I was promised if it didn't come they would get me a key free of charge. Can't even get a call back now when it comes to the vehicle. Once they get the sale the customer service is done

They took the time to find the exact car I wanted, and brought it to their shop for my convenience. I was very thankful for all their kindness, and I would definitely recommend.

We did end up buying an Audi A4 from them. I submitted a message online late Friday evening, had a response prior to 8am the next morning. Easy to reach on the phone to setup on the appt and was given the car to drive alone which is a big deal to me and came back to buy. Very well maintained vehicle and great seller. Will use again!

After initially being told by an input person (who spoke to a quality assurance person) my warranty on my new 2018 Silverado did not cover windshield stress fractures I contacted a GM rep. Result was that the Moses service manager contacted me and eventually, after I took vehicle in for inspection, he inspected and approved the windshield replacement. From that point on the service was excellent!
It's a great little dealership. I was looking to trade my Jeep Commander in on something fuel efficient. I chose the Mirage as my commuter car. They have been great from the buying process, to the maintenance work. You hardly see a dealership honor warranties without trying to nickel and dime you. Will always buy from them as long as they're open.

I just did something that I swore I would never do again, which was to buy a new car. What finally sold me on a 2019 Sorrento with a V6 and AWD is the 20 year and 200k mile warranty and the 5 year zero percent financing. i want to give an unsolicited shout out to Kia and Dutch Miller Kia in general, and to Nathan Graves and the sales manager in particular for working with me to get all of my needs met. I acknowledge that I am not the easiest customer, especially when I am doing something I never would otherwise, but they went the extra mile to work with me. They knew I like to travel and wanted something to pull at most a 5000 lbs travel trailer, and the 20 years and 200k warranty should keep me mobile well into retirement. Thank you guys!
Followed Sammi King, my long-time salesperson, from another dealership, and she introduced us to Dutch Miller and Kia. Found a good value and a great deal in a Kia plus great a staff and facility at Dutch Millet. Sammi always delivers and makes the process fun!
Original listing on cars.com led us to Moses Factory Outlet and the purchase of a used Dodge Charger. Sales and finance team worked to get us where we needed to be. Very persuasive and offered several different options/warranty options to best fit our budget. It was a pleasure to work with them.
I found a car I was interested in on "carguru.com" I called the dealership and found they still had the vehicle. I was invited to come test drive the car.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by two sales staff and both were busy with customers, I was introduced to Scott Fields who was free to speak with me. Scott was very friendly and attentive. My test drive went well and I decided to buy the vehicle. I did not feel pressured to purchase. Scott and the Sales Manager worked very hard to obtain the lowest interest rate for my financing.
I would highly recommend this dealership.
I haven't purchased a car yet but the dealership owner contacted me just to make sure his people were doing their job! I am impressed. When I make up my mind I'm sure that my purchase will be through Moses!
