After extensive internet research and price shopping - we knew what we wanted - Jeep Renegade Sport - before contacting the dealership.
Initial internet contact after business hours with sales manager Mason Rives, who confirmed contact and information early next morning. Individual sales person Trey Ragon followed up within an hour of Rives with an out the door price on the requested Renegade. Set up appointment time and dealership had Renegade washed, waxed and road-ready when we arrived.
We were welcomed at the door and got a Jeep "tour" from Ragon, who was knowledgeable about the Renegade (and Ram trucks, too). Finance manager Russ Barnes got us a better interest rate than we anticipated and explained the legal and financial details thoroughly. Rives stopped back by to personally thank us for the purchase while Ragon filled up our new vehicle with gas.
After returning, Ragon offered to help us set up impending future service appointments and shuttle service in Oxford if we encountered logisitics issues. We live one hour (approximately) from the dealership, so the offer of scheduling help is appreciated.
The personal service from this trio was above and beyond expectations, including an after-the-sale follow up e-mail. Barnes even answered a financing question for me with friendliness and humor when I called a couple of weeks later.

My last truck I owned for 9 years before I started looking for a different truck. I started searching online and had found 4 dealerships in the region. I found that Moore Brothers had the best selection of vehicles in the price range I was wanting to be in. I did find the staff to be pleasant and informative. The folks at Barnes Crossing in New Albany, MS did an amazing job! They were helpful, understanding, friendly and were willing to work with us. They worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted, they even had it brought in from another location. Yosef made buying our first car so much easier!

I had purchased my Suburban from them about a year ago. I had called in recently to ask a question about possibly trading into a newer one and I was still beyond happy with the way I was treated. The sales staff when I purchased it and over the phone were polite, energetic, and helpful. I would recommend them to my family and friends in the furute!
Excellent sevice. I have been to have my oil changed several times and the longest I have had to wait is 20 minutes. April and Patyon in the service dept. are most friendly and know their jobs well.We really like going to the service dept at Hefner.
I found this Jeep for sale on line by More Brothers Auto Sales of Oxford MS! I emailed and called them on the phone and a deal was hatched! Erin More was great to talk to and very helpful to me, going above and beyond by texting me pictures of this Jeep. Because of where the Jeep in located compared to where I am in NC, I could not make a trip to look at this Jeep in person BUT, after looking at the pix and hearing the Jeep run via video, I am confident I have secured myself a great Jeep! As of right now, I will recommend More Brothers to any one looking for a vehicle. If the rest of the deal works out the way the first part has, I am sure there will be no problems!
The staff at Pride Hyundai are great. Sales associate April came out to greet us as soon as we drove up. I told her exactly what kind of car I was looking for and the price range and she helped me find what I was looking for. I decded to think it over a couple of days and when I called back to tell them I was going to purchase the red 2016 Hyundai Accent I test drove, April said they had just got in one in my dream color -blue! I love my blue Accent!
Everything outstanding,! I’ve purchased multiple,e units over the years and have no reason to shop anywhere else.. what little repairs I’ve needed were handled quickly and fixed correctly the FIRST TIME.Everyone in shop is courteous and professional. My salesman, Scott Cheshire makes purchasing a vehicle almost Too easy., very organized and follows up after each sale!
Overall great environment and wonderful people who work there. They are so helpful when it comes to buying a vehicle. They consider the choices that you want and help you to get what you want.
