I am a second time buyer. I am competely sold on A Toyota! It will get you there. I had mine for 8 years so I thought it was time to buy again. I felt like there was no where else to buy but from T & T again. They did all of the hasle work and all I did was drive the car and sign my name! Great team! Keep up the good work.
Bought 2002 chevy express van from them in fall 2017 had only 8 months and the transmission blown out at only 80,000 miles.Don franklin will not stand behind what they sell cost of repair 3,000.00 l have not even made that much in payments yet to buy the van.Very unhappy got stuck with a lemon Service dept is good friendly as well as sales my issue is standing behind what you sell and making things right this is the first vehicle l bought from Don franklin most likely will not buy from again.
I had been looking for a vehicle for 3 or 4 months. I told the salesman up front what I needed and expected from him. Jesse Tucker did everything I asked. I drove 4 hours to get there and did not want this to be an all day thing and it wasn't. We bought a Suburban and we have been so pleased with our purchase. We were there a little longer than planned because of me trying to decide what warranty I wanted. They were not like the average dealership. We will be back again. We appreciated the whole team.
This is the third auto that has been purchased at Don Franklin Ford in London, KY by my family. The customer is treated with respect, never rushed to make a quick decision about a purchase, and any questions are answered with knowledge about the vehicle. My daughter recently bought a car from Don Marshall in Decembert 2012. She highly recommended that I check out this dealership before looking anywhere else. I was nervous to buy a new car but I have to say that Fred Owings worked well with me. I did not feel pressured to buy a new car. I appreciate him being patient with me through the process. I'm very pleased with the deal I received.
I got timely follow up when I called in to inquire about a car. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable around him. I've bought several cars from Don Marshall and this certainly won't be the last!
I went down to Somerset from Louisville blind as to what type of dealership it was, and honestly, it was great. The staff let me take the truck out for a spin (even in the rain), then went over the strengths and weaknesses of the vehicle for my needs. We got rolling on numbers pretty quickly, and after a quick back-and-forth, we settled on a number that everybody could live with. The whole thing was pretty painless, and I'd recommend the dealership to anyone.

I had called the dealership giving the description I was looking for in my price range. Jimmy said yes, he may have just what I was looking for! David Gumm was the Sales Consultant that helped me with the car. He answered all my questions. Jimmy and David are folks you can trust to tell you exactally what they know about the vehicle they are showing you. They did not pressure me in any way. I felt so comfortable buying from Don Marshall. Thanks Jimmy Franklin and David Gumm for making my transaction so smooth and enjoyable. I know I will enjoy my car for many years to come. I suggest to anyone looking for a new or used car to stop by Don Marshall meet the sales folks. They are friendly and want to satisfy their customers.
I bought my Nissan Armada new in 2013 from Van, which was the best salesman as far as were concerned. The other day my husband took it off the curb. Immediately after that my car started to make a clicking- clunking sound. I was to leave for Georgia the next day. I stopped by and they put it up on the rack and found that the brake cables broke lose from the clamp they were in and the emergency brake cover was starting to rub off. they retied the brake lines up and set me on my way with no charge. Jaime waited on me and he is very professional and friendly. I had a non eventful time purchasing the car, in other words NO grand wizards as I call it. I was told the bottom line price on the car, after researching and making sure it was a deal I purchased it. I hated buying cars in the past but not now, thanks to Don Marshall dealership and their wonderful auto lube department. that's the thing also the repair place wasn't even the service dept. it was their lube place at the bottom of the hill. I highly recommend and will purchase from them in the future. Thanks Jaime, Don Marshall and servicemen for getting me back on the road.
