The Turbodiesel is worth the extra $9000 or so. It's truly impressive on and off road. Even cornering is not bad given the nature of the vehicle.

I bought a 2019 F150 Raptor at Elite Motor Cars a few weeks ago and after driving home I read online that there was a nationwide service for the truck that affected the performance. Unfortunately the service expired in 2023. I didn't call at first because I did not want to hassle anybody since it was already almost 2025. I finally called and spoke to Robert the sales rep that sold me my truck and informed him of the situation. Robert told me that he would speak to the owner Alex and get back to me. Literally 30 mins later, I received a call back and information that I had an appointment at the nearby Ford dealership a few days later and the service would be completed. These guys are awesome! That's going way beyond normal customer service, taking the time to assist someone after weeks from the purchase. I highly recommend Elite Motor Cars and would do business with them again. I purchased a pre-owned Ford F150 from Capital Ford of Charlotte NC in Dec 2024, Criag Smith was my salesperson, he was very cordial and professional. Purchasing an expensive vehicle online can be a frustrating experience, only seeing pictures of the vehicle but not actually being there means you really have to trust your salesperson. Craig sent all the pictures of the vehicle I asked for and he kept me updated on the purchasing process. We also had a live Skype video where he demonstrated all the features and verified that everything I was concerned about, worked perfectly. The vehicle was shipped to me in a completely enclosed box trailer, so it arrived clean and free from any damage. Everything Craig said about the vehicle was correct, he said it was a beautiful truck, and he was right. Although Craig did a great job in presenting the vehicle, I gave them 4 stars due to a financing misunderstanding.

2018 RAM 2500 review
I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

While I did not end up purchasing anything from this dealership, I did look into a car and take it for a test drive. The sales rep who helped was named Anthony and he was super polite and professional and made me and my parents feel at ease while we looked into the car. He was also great at following up with text and email to see his my decision process was going and he alerted me to price changes on the vehicle I looked at as well as keeping an eye out for other vehicles that were in my price range.

I have read all the reviews that include, Facebook, Google, Edmund's etc. First and foremost, I purchase everything from reviews. After researching and reading reviews for Tom Trucks, some are mostly ridiculous. These guys are very upfront and to the point! i seen where a few customers had claimed they were hiding frame damage by painting them, after reading the reply from these customers that had purchased a 22 and a 23-year-old trucks with over 200K. I drove 6 hours after receiving pictures and all information from a gentleman named Jim Fisher. He was very upfront with me and gave me all the info I personally needed to make an educated decision on a purchase. After arriving after a 6-hour drive, another gentleman meets me in the parking lot. He asks me if I were here to see someone, I replied to him Jim Fisher. He introduces himself as the manager (Doug) and assists me inside. This was where I was impressed by the professionalism of the employees. I was walked out to the truck I was interested in, which was pulled up. Jim walked around the truck with me then took my information and let me go alone. After returning we agreed upon a price and the rest was history SMOOTH AS SILK, there is an old saying, believe half of what you read & half of what you hear.
