Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I live in Ohio and bought a new truck from this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. I had never bought a car out of state from a dealership before. They made the entire process quick and easy. They explained every step of the process so I knew what I needed to do next. Everyone from their sales, financing, title and shipping department were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I also got the truck cheaper than I could, for a similar truck, from a dealership in my area. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Scott is a wonderful salesman He listen to your needs . If I were purchasing a vehicle now he would be the salesman. I will recommen.
2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

Randy Marion Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
We were traveling through the area towing our camper with our 2021 RAM. We had an issue with the steering wheel cover falling off exposing the air bag. I called the service department on Monday morning and Kevin said to stop by. They had it fixed in an hour and a half. We were very thankful they could fit us in their busy schedule so we could resume our travels.
