My brake light kept coming on and going out. There was no specific reason for it. We called and make an appointment to have it checked and also a squeak coming from rear left side of vehicle. We were able to talk in detail our concerns and service was quick and efficient.

I have pulled a 14000 pound RV without any issues. It handles well and is more comfortable than my car. I had one issue when I first got it (a pin hole in something) and it was quickly fixed. It is 3 years old, I have 64,000 miles on it. Most of those are from towing. Towing gas mileage is around 9 but, normal mileage in city and hwy is aroud 20. I have gotten 25 before, when I keep my foot out of the accelator.

AJ and Joyce and Rich are great. In the days where the mister format and million dollar face lift facility are the norm it's great to see a small Format dealer still making customers happy. I've struggled to obtain $25,000 of service over 9 years of ownership of a 2008 Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and Lifetime Max Care service contract but my experiences at Rotolo's with AJ have been pretty good! I'm one of those consumers who does not want the crappy dealer machine car wash and would never torch the dealer on a survey that asks "was my car cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off". It's irony that the dealers who offer that kind of service leave greasy hand prints and other misc dirt and debris inside the car. All I want is my Jeep fixed right the first time and th cov rage of my warranty and service contract fully exploited. Thanks for the good work guys! Next battle to fight is to get my springs replaced!

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

I have all my cars serviced here. I have a Dodge Ram 1500 truck, VW Routan Van and a Cadillac Deville Concours and they service them all. If there is a problem and they find they can't fix the problem they charge me nothing. The service manager is the best I have ever dealt with, he is honest, fair and helps me with any problems.

What can I say, Ray Murphy does it again for me.. Went in with my fiancee' this time, he saw the Ford Expedition he wanted. He couldn't believe the process was so simple and easy as he just bought a car 4 months ago from Kenny Ross, we were in the dealership for about 3 hours. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident and was a totaled. So we decided to go to look online at Choice, he saw the Expedition, came out to test drive it. Went from a 2011 F150 3.5 EcoBoost to a 2016 Ram 2500 5.7 SLT. Wanted more power and better towing capacity that still had a decent 4x4 capability. Was not disappointed. Has pretty basic interior but then again its made for work. Speakers are amazing and stock wheels are good on highway but if you want to go off road id recommend upgraded suspension and some better tires. Gas milage isn't the best but then again when you buy a HD truck you know what you're signing for. Im very pleased how this truck is working for me and i plan on installing aftermarket trinkets every so often.

I drove to this dealership because while looking online I noticed that they had several of the of the style of vehicles I was looking for. I had owned my car for over 3 years and it was time for something smaller with less miles. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted right away by two different people. I said I was just looking and needed to check a few things out. There were 3 different cars that caught my eye while I was looking through the lot. I stopped at each car to check them out a little closer. Once I did that Shawn came out and offered some insight each car. He would get the keys and move them forward as to allow more room for me to get an in depth look at each vehicle. While checking them out I told him my plan and what I was looking for in a new sedan. ( better fuel mileage, less maintenance, etc ) I looked at one of the Lexus on the lot first. Very beautiful car. While talking to Shawn he reminded me of what I said I wanted in a new car, and turn my head again towards the other cars on the lot. I then had a chance to look at the Mercedes E350. The previous owner of this car had added certain upgrades, and options that I did not see on the Lexus. That was it, that was the one. Shawn then took me inside to discuss my options and to have someone test drive and look over the vehicle I was going to trade in. They offered me a very fair deal on my trade, and then went over the purchase agreement for the paperwork. There was no hassle, and no pressure at all. I had my own financing, and was not interested in looking at dealer select finance options. No problem for Shawn, we sat back and chatted about the vehicle features and I told them I would call the next day after I heard from my bank, as Shawn was nice enough to prepare a buyers agreement for me to send to my credit union for my financing. The next day came, and my credit union had my check for the dealer ready, however my bank and my home was over an hour from Choice. Again, for Sawn, not a problem. I talked to him on the phone and explained that I would have to go and get the check and would not be able to get that vehicle that day. No Problem said Shawn, come tomorrow, we will hold it and have it all ready for you. I arrived at Choice Auto 2 days after my first visit, and when I arrived I saw my "new to me" car spotless and shiny inside and out, with a sold sign on the wiper to boot. Just to ensure that no one else would get too interested in it. Again I was greeted with a smile and a handshake, then inside to get the paperwork started. I was only there for a short time finalizing the paperwork when I realized that I had to still move some of the things from my trade in to the "new to me" car. Without hesitating Shawn accompanied me to my trade being certain I didn't leave anything behind and transferring my belongings into the E350. Not only did I get a fantastic deal on a Benz, I made a friend in the process. I recommend to anyone that is in the market for a "new to you" car, that you first check out Choice Auto. I am so glad that I did, and I am 100% certain that I will buy from them again and again. Thanks again Shawn, I appreciate everything you did to make me your customer. Sincerely, Benz Guy

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
Best diesel 1/2 ton I have ever owned. Period.

The Cummins engine and recent upgrades to the 2500 Ram are a great mix. I’ve owed a Ford F-250 and while I think the general quality of the Fords may be a bit better, the overall performance of the Ram far exceeds the Ford. On top of that, I have navigation, heated/cooled leather trim, CarPlay, and tons of other features that you end up paying for in similar Chevy or Ford trims.

I have owned my 2006 Ford Taurus since new and have 38,000 mi. on it. Even though I did not purchase my car from Cochran I have had it inspected / serviced since Cochran moved in the area where I reside. Over the years I have seen many changes in the physical appearance of the facility . I was amazed at the "NEW" remodeling of the Ford Service area. It did not matter that I was driving an 11 yr old vehicle . From driving into the covered service area and being greeted the second I arrived by a friendly smiling attendant inquiring the reason for my visit. After opening the door for me to enter after stating they will take care of parking . In the past I had made arrangements to be transported to my home and picked back up (Cochran's policy) once service was completed. This time I choose to tour the new area; and I am glad I did. The waiting area was well light, comfortable and cheerful; serving the best coffee I have ever tasted in any Starbucks. lol.. The flow of the building was so professional and impressive. An area that you can see as your car was being serviced was interesting as to see what goes on to your vehicle . The personal are very helpful and exceptional. I felt welcome . In no time at all and too soon for me as I was enjoying my time I was all set to go. So as I said it did not matter that my car was an old well maintained 2006 or If I was driving a 2017 new vehicle I knew that I would receive the same treatment.. Oh yea .. To top it off ; they washed my care for free.. nice touch. . I recommend Cochran Ford if you are looking for a new car or need service for a older car as I refer to my "06" "Old~Betsy" ; (passed /w/flying colors) .. Wonderful experience . (ps) Makes me know that if/when I am in the market for a new vehicle I will head to Cochran Ford. .

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
Great truck

I’ve always had a truck. Now that I have kids my previous extended cab wasn’t cutting it. Kids had trouble getting in and out and forget the whole kicking the back of daddy’s seat. This time around I settled on the ram mega cab. Day and night. If your a truck guy with little ones, this truck is a must. The kids can recline the back seat and knock out, giving you a pleasant drive. I’m truly shocked that Ford or Chevy haven’t come up with their mega cab version. The only other truck I considered was the tundra since they also have a roomy crew cab but unfortunately they don’t make it with a diesel. I bit the bullet and spent the extra 10k for the Cummings, occasionally pull a camping trailer. Hope this helped.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

The Tradesman 2500 is a great work truck with solid power and load capacity, while having tons of comfort and design features. I do wish the Hemi had better fuel economy...it’s basically the same as my 2002.

John Katsolis was our salesman. I called first before going to this dealership, since we live over 100 miles away. My wife and I saw this CHRYSLER 300C on the internet and wanted to ask questions first before driving there. The first salesman (George) was very helpful and honest and said that he dealt with new car sales, but looked up the info for the questions that I had. He said to stop by and see him or another used car salesman if he was busy. No pressure involved. We decided to visit there and George was busy and ended up talking to John. He was very polite, honest, professional and helpful. It was a 2 hour drive each way, but well worth it. I would have dealt local but our dealership didn't have any 2016 CHRY 300C'S used available. I was really impressed that John let my wife and I test drive the car by ourselves, never meeting us before and being the first time at this dealership. Back home in Meadville, I bought over 9 cars from Toyota dealership and their policy is that a salesman must be present with you when you test drive their vehicles. John was a big part in helping us to decide in this purchase. In no way was John ever pushy or making us feeling like we were wasting his time. This was by far the easiest car purchase that I have made in many years. My wife and I talked it over after driving the car and made an offer and John presented it to his sales manager and they accepted it. We came back the following week to pick up car and John took his time to go over all the features in this car and how to use them. We were very unfamiliar with the features, since we had only Toyotas in the last 20 years. I will definitely recommend this salesman (John) and Hillview Motors to everyone ! P.S. Our new car was detailed exceptionally well when we picked it up.

Went from a 2017 Ram 1500 Sport to the 2018 Ram Power Wagon. My decision was based on reviews, options, price and looks (mainely the ugly 19' 1500 styling). The 6.4 feels stronger but the 6 speed transmission is rough. Watching the gas gauge go down as I accelerate hurts! Rides like my 2001 Ram 1500 did back in 2001. Other dislikes is the small 33" tires. Needs bigger tires and exhaust is wimpy sounding. The styling is aggressive. Have all the comfort and options my Sport had and a few extra's like navigation, vented seats and running boards. Have yet to take it off road but have no worries doing so.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

Amazing truck. Towed great and is comfortable on long trips!! Highly recommend. Has tons of storage and plenty of foot and leg room. The 8ft bed in my opinion is a must have and glad I have it!!
