I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

My salesman Dino Westerfield was wonderful and saved the deal. I did not appreciate getting the message "deal was for today only". We are repeat customers and getting our third Jeep in three years and did not expect to get this kind of message from Brad Mays.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Bought this vehicle for the megacab option. Normally a Ford driver, but the megacab sold me. I love it. Having driven a RAM now, I don’t want to even consider another brand. The Longhorn Edition is just as nice as the King Ranch and High Country.

I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

I've had Ford trucks for years and I thought I was a loyal Ford customer. I tried a RAM just to see and I bought it on price/value. Lots of content, much more than a similarly priced Ford, lots of power, great interior, and reliability has been flawless.

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Everything got fixed correctly. Ryan was my advisor and he made sure everything was correct.

Wish I would have purchased the 2500 with the Diesel engine. The current 2500 is working out well towing my 5 wheel travel trailer. Satisfied customer.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I live out of state and I purchased a camaro sight unseen. In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

My adventure finding a Ford Transit passenger van 350 XLT, mileage below 20K without the new car price. I live in western New York State, Masheter Ford is in Columbus Ohio. So, why am I reviewing a car dealership almost 400 miles from my home? After a two week multi-state search conducted by no less than three new Ford car dealerships, two used vehicle dealerships, one northeast regional auto auction house and dozens of hours I spent on the internet looking for a van, I found MY van on www.cars.com at Masheter Ford. I called them late Thursday evening. Kris Zimmerman, salesperson answered the phone. He guided me through all the steps to buy a vehicle from out of state. We were able to transact almost all business via phone and email. I drove to Columbus and that Saturday afternoon I was driving back to New York State in my new to me Ford Transit passenger van 350 XLT with about 3900 miles on it. The car drives wonderfully. Kris is very knowledgeable in handling the transaction and was not afraid to say he did not know the answer to a question rather than taking a guess. Transaction went very smoothly. Yes I would recommend Masheter Ford and Kris Zimmerman for another vehicle purchase. Kris is very personable and relaxing to deal with.

I booked my oil change online, but I mis-selected the option and apparently chose coolant flush. The advisor verified before starting and got it all sorted for the appropriate service.

My wife was looking for a new SUV and was down to three models: Ford Expedition, Chevy Tahoe, and GMC Yukon. The only one we hadn't seen in person or driven was the Expedition. Through good friends, Germain Ford was recommended. We setup a time to meet with the sales team and it was the best car purchasing experience we've had. The sales team was friendly, professional, informative, and understanding. We talked through various scenarios, they were transparent on what the best options were, and we decided to buy the Expedition! The paperwork part was as painless as it can be for a purchase of that size. While they were preparing all the documents, a nice young man walked us both through all the aspects of the vehicle's customization options, phone setup, and answered all our questions. Conveniently, when we were done, it was time to sign the documents. The process was streamlined by their use of tablets and apps. From when we walked in the door to when we left (introductions, test drive, negotiation, finalizing, SUV walkthrough, and signatures) the process was just over two hours. The last vehicle I purchased from a luxury manufacturer the process was 4 hours. Very pleased with the Expedition and the sales team. Highly recommend and will go to them first for the next vehicle we need!

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Business traveler. Had a warning light come on and searched for the nearest GMC dealership. It was late on a Friday afternoon. They were able to get the truck in and diagnosed. Their diesel tech agreed to come in on a Saturday to complete the 6 hour repair. Offered me a shuttle to a local hotel for the evening. Was back on the road at noon the next day. Top notch service.

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

Tom was a super helpful salesperson. Very easy to talk to and get along with. Did not pressure me about literally anything. Very pleasant and accommodating. I made an appointment before going so he had the vehicle already up front when I got there. Very good experience and I would go back and recommend to others.

Purchased a used truck. Kendall Fields took care of me. Great guy, no pressure. I hate car lots, but this was a pretty good experience. Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.

We drove about 100 mile to buy this jeep, they beat the local dealer by several thousand dollars. The sales manager was great to work with and the salesman that did the delivery was fantastic. Sales person went over all the options on our new Gladiator he even programmed both our phones. I feel he spent plenty of time with us and was not rushed at all. Salesman also had the jeep filled with gas and our old license plate on the new jeep while we signed all the paperwork. The wife and I both highly recommend this dealership for anyone ready to purchase smoothest transaction I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.
