Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Quick and easy, and great to work with. Courteous . I would come back and use thier service and for any maintenance. They were great to deal with.

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Save thousands by knowing how to order the right option packages on your next vehicle. Some dealers don't know how and you either get a truck with too many stupid options or not enough.

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.

I saw on their website a 2014 power stroke with 95,000 miles. I told the dealership I was flying in from New Mexico and I wanted to make sure the truck was as described as I was coming from a long distance and did not want to be disappointed. They picked me up from the airport and the truck was as described. They had me in and out of there in a half hour. They got me a better rate than I could get in my town as well. I highly recommend this dealer!

1st Ram I’ve ever owned went with 2020 6.7 Cummins tradesman with Ram box. My first choice was Ford F-250 diesel, but couldn’t find any dealership with them during the shortages. Went with Dodge cummins do pull dump trailer an excavator. Overall I’ve been really impressed, I’ve put this truck through xxxx and it has answered. The countless number of property improvements have been amazing! Pros interior, radio, and ride…great for road trips and hwy mileage is 20+ mpg. Cons, doors are clunky and heavy, recalls…can’t keep up with all the recalls, ram box is poorly designed doesn’t ever shut right…would advise against. Overall it’s a good looking truck, and it’s a work horse….definitely heavy duty!

I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Jake was in communication with me from the time the car was on the truck on its way to the dealership, notified me when it arrived, and was patient with us throughout our test driving the car for over an hour. Then he took care of all the financing while I was at work so all I had to do was show up and sign. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Needs to have the dead pedal issue repaired, very dangerous when youre passing on the street or highway, dealer seems to act blindly in this issue.
