Justin was great. He explained the timing of the diagnosis for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and informed me when complete. He also contacted my extended warranty company and did all communication with them. He cleared the repair to be covered by the warranty and for the warranty company to supply a rental car while repairs were being completed. Upon completion Justin followed up and set a time to pick up my Jeep without a hitch. Justin is very professional and personable and I would recommend him and this dealership if any repairs are needed and if inteeested in purchasing a new or CPO vechicle.

Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Review will need amended once I get everything repaired. I took my Ram in for several repairs and found out they did not have the part I needed. So I am waiting for a phone call to bring my truck in AGAIN!

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.
