I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to test drive and had an appointment with Jean (John) Venant on December 27th. The car (2024 Mazda CX-5) was waiting for me when we arrived. Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.

I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. The salesman was very professional and helped with all my questions and concerns. The van came in silver same as my previous one and the technology was a big step up. Jose Rivera was my salesman and he very helpful through the whole process and was not high pressure at all. He gave me all the information and let me make my decision on the van. Searched for a long time for the best price on a Ford Transit work van. Moters Trust kept popping up from a price perspective, but it is 60 miles to Miami. After going to an "authorized car dealer" based on an internet price and seeing unexpected charges (to be kind), I left. The second choice was to check out this place in Miami. Mandy provided straight forward answers to the questions, showed the vans and provided the best price available. The price was as advertised and below the lowest blue book price and had unexpectedly nice features, etc. The competitive dealer fee was as expected and nothing compared to the crazy added stuff from a car dealer. I would recommend this dealer to my friends. Note: The dealer I tried first was not a Ford dealer, it was another brand way not close to the purchase location. Also, this was a cash sale for advertised price, not a financed purchase.
