I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

Alex was clear, and helpful in all parts of my 1st service experience with my new car. I had come up a few months prior and they were honest with me that I did not need an oil change yet and showed me how to look at my computer in my hybrid car. Buying and or leasing a car could be on my list of life's bad experiences but a necessity if you need transportation. Having a driver's licence of over 50 years tells you I've been through the dance many times. I'm taking the time to write this review because I had an easy go at it this week thanks to Luke Svanberg my salesman and Rachel Babbit who finalized the deal and is working on my trade in payoff including extended warranty refund.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

Bosco is the BEST! I arrived with a tire sensor indicating I had a low PSI but I was unable to locate the leak. There was a flat head screw in one tire and a hex screw in the other. I was willing to leave my truck there because I showed up before work and without an appointment. My tires were patched and I was called in less than two hours and I was all set.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
