2016 RAM ProMaster 3500 review
Our Promaster 3500 Pleasureway RV has had no failures after driving 24,500 from Northern California throughout Canada and throughout Alaska on the toughest roads anywhere. Ice, snow, heavy winds, driving rain storms on gravel dirt roads has not been a problem for this front wheel drive RV. We looked at a Mercedes chassis but since it is 5.5 inches narrower you loose way too much space. The rear wheel drive made the Mercedes too top heavy when we tested it in strong winds. On the ALCAN highway gas is much easier to find than diesel so our friends had to carry diesel extra fuel to get by. Driving at 55mpg we averaged close to a 400 mile cruising range. What a great vehicle!

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. Thanks for all the great help Gabe and to everyone else at rays for the great first experience
