From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

Mazen helped us get a car at this dealership and it was a great process all the way through. We got the car and color we wanted with all the features and I can't wait to start driving it. Very nice staff!
Mazen was a great salesperson. He took us to several lots and helped me find the car I was looking for. He got a detailed list of the features I needed and found one that fit. I test drove the Durango and took it home ! The buying process was smooth and all parties involved were very nice and kept me informed. Mazen then took the time to explain all the features of the car and what all the buttons do. I will certainly recommend family and friends to this dealership. I had a great experience !
My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.

my experience has always been a good one , I will call Mr.Haskell and explain my problem with my car he will right away have me bring it in and will have a loaner on hand for me.
He will have my car check out give me a call, and we move forward with the problem. I like to know upfront what I'm looking at and he will always do that for me.
I found the vehicle on the inventory of Town and Country. Called and spoke with KC. He made my experiance great and renewed my faith in car salesman. He provided me all the paper work and information by email before I made the 2.5h trip from Denver to Salida. Great guy to deal with. Great experience and would do business again in the future.

Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
