My wife and I just purchased two minis they took great care of us from start to end. I bought my first car 4 years ago from Lisa this was my first car I ever bought on my own and she did not pressure me i told her what i needed she gave me my options 4 years later still own that car with no regrets. She makes the process so simple and straight forward. I recently went back after my son had a few horrific experiences at a few other dealerships. The car her wanted he got and also got a lesson on what a honest salesperson/dealership should be and Lisa and Heath made it happen in a few hours he drove off the lot with his car and a payment he can afford. This is a dealership that will not take advantage of the naive or 1 st buyers and i felt comfortable letting my son go on his own and not get scammed and ripped off and i cant say that about ANY other dealerships in southern NH. I recently bought a 2013 dodge Laramie and have been very happy with my purchase. I worked with Keith and Don who were both great. Keith made a point to follow up with me a few days after the sale to make sure I was still happy with everything, which I was. I ended up having an issue with the truck after about a week but I was able to work with the dealership to get the truck in for service. After I wasn???t able to get the truck serviced on the day of the initial appointment, Erik the service manager was nice enough to have a porter come trade cars with me so they could get the truck back in for repairs. Erik listened to my concerns about the truck and we were able to get the issue resolved quickly and easily. Don worked with me for the financing and warranty purchase and was a pleasure to work with. Their job is always to sell you on as much as the can as far as warranties and coverage goes, but they were very respectful when I declined certain coverages and I didn???t feel pressured into purchasing anything I didn???t want or need. All in all I would not hesistate to purchase from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
The new building itself is beautiful and the service is wonderful. They have friendly salesmen, hardworking and knowledgeable service technicians, and just a great staff in general. They also do an amazing job on their detail jobs!
Excellent experience I have very bad credit and was in need of a car Rachel the online sales rep was very helpful and arnesto the finance manager worked incredibly hard to get me into a nice car with low mileage never had such a great experience at a dealership ever will definitely be going back next time I need a car
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner.
