Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
Stan, assisted me in my Purchased. He is great he sold me exactly when I wanted, he made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and service was also great and getting the clear bra and the seats treated right away Honda overall is the best dealership in town.
Pedro was fantastic to work with, will truly recommend him. The service was great and fast was less than 2 hours from the time I arrived and left with my new CRV. Also, gave me a nice (not great) but nice trade in value on my old car.
We had really good service here, and they helped us so much finding a new used car and working with us on how much we wanted to spend. Thank you all so much, and we will be definitely coming back in the future when we want another new car.
I recently bought a used Buick from this dealership. The salesman who helped me was Jason and he was incredible. He was attentive without being imposing or annoying, and he made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. I had a slight issue with some of the contractual stuff, but that was handled thanks to Jason’s understanding and help.

I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.

Purchased a certified GMC Sierra. Staff was great and love the truck. The only negative was that the truck only had 1 key / key fob. Sales staff said they would look for 2nd key but eventually sent me to parts to buy another key and was quoted $160... Would have been nice for the staff to pick that up since we just spent a ton on a nearly new truck.
