Saw vehicle on the internet on a Sunday. Called and AMY answered. Based on her accurate information she invited us to the lot the same day. We drove 2.5 hours and test drove the Honda CR-Z. AMY made sure all of our questions were answered. The car was an excellent deal for the price offered. The car did need brakes and a light. AMY made sure the repairs were done to perfection. 2019 RAM 1500 review

2025 RAM 2500 review
Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

2018 RAM 3500 review
Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2017 RAM 1500 review
I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

2022 RAM 1500 Classic review
Great looking truck that rides like a luxury car. The suspension is state of the art and was the deciding factor for me versus the F-150. The Uconnect system works seamlessly to provide phone connectivity and the myriad of available features make customizing your Ram a breeze.
