The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn’t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I’ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. We already had financing in place, the dealership did not push their own financing on us at all. Very pleased with them, will recommend Victory Honda to everyone. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

5.0 star rating 7/19/2017 Ok... this is a long story so I will try to keep it compact. I am in Florida, my wife in California with the VW. We are moving to Florida and my wife and son are supposed to drive the car to Florida on a long road trip. My son ends up in the hospital for almost a week with a very fluke but somewhat serious issue. He fortunately gets out and was ok but had to stay in California another week to recover. Now my wife is driving to a friends house in the VW and it breaks down with no power, barely moves. And.. its a Friday night. So now she has to call the VW dealer to have it towed on a Saturday morning to get checked out and she was supposed to start driving the next day. I am in Florida waiting for the movers to show up with the boxes and furniture. So.... they diagnosed the problem to a turbo solenoid and had to order the part and would fix it "maybe" by Tuesday... My stress level was over the top and I called the dealer and YELLED and CURSED at the first manager who would answer my call about the car breaking down at this time. Poor guy! BUT... they got it fixed by MONDAY ! I was completely in the wrong, had to call to apologize. They kept calling me to let me know step by step what was going on and had it all ready to go in time for my wife. And they handled it much better than I did... So THANKS for taking care of this and SORRY for being a not-so-nice customer. Moral of the story: cars and people are not perfect. But this VW dealer will always do their best to help their customers.

The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

Bought a jeep rubicon online and over the phone. Easiest deal I've ever made on a vehicle. Jose and David did a fantastic job of getting me price out the door with no bs.everything went as planned,jeep was delivered 300 miles away as promised! Can't say enough good things about this dealership!

My Ram gets great gas mileage it has the 3.6 litre V6. The Chevy and Ford F150 each got around 10mpg and I get over 20mpg. It will not pull as much as a V8 but I never pull anything. Very comfortable, smooth ride and quiet. Better than most new cars. Its crew cab 4WD, really a great truck. Must service transmission every 25k miles if you want it to last. This Ram has 170k and shifts very smooth. I drive it normal not hard and take pride in how good it looks and runs. Ram/Dodge is the one I like best over Ford and Chevy. Chevy has fuel management system shuts off cylinders-no good. Ford F 150 leak when it rains-no good. Ram does it good all around no complaints. If buying used its all about condition. Get you next truck checked out if your not sure, ask for records insist on the car fax.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Diesel runs and runs all day not missing a beat. Pulling big trailer across country over mountains and deserts. Only gripe is small fuel tank of 32 gallons, you have to install a bed mounted tank for better range.

What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.
