AutoNation Chevrolet North Richland Hills review
We had our mind made up and knew exactly what we wanted. I spoke to Jimmy on the phone; he assured me the SUV was on the lot. He had to leave quickly and turned us over to Tamara. What a great choice! She was so patient, answered all questions and explained all gadgets in the SUV. When Jimmy returned, he introduced himself and was very kind as well. This purchase was so easy going. I'm use to being in dealerships half the day when purchasing. Not at AutoNation. Quick financial check, got the percentage rate that satisfied us and out!! I highly recommend this dealership

From the moment I closed my door on the 1500 I was trading in until I drove away in my 2027 1600 Larime night addition, the experience was excellent. This was my second vehicle I purchased for this dealership and each time it was done with polite and thorough satisfaction!

Hiley Hyundai of Fort WorthReviews
Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth review
Well, Chris Pringle and Hiley have my utmost respect and support. Communication was exceptional, pressure non-existent. My experience wasn’t like anything in the past. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Chris said repeatedly that he wasn’t with me to sell me a car but to meet my needs and expectations, and he did just that. His probing questions were unobtrusive and made it obvious that he was concerned with what I needed, what I wanted, and was entirely focused on me leaving a completely satisfied customer. I highly recommend Chris if you are looking to purchase a Hyundai or a GMC. Chris, you rock! Thanks for such a pleasant experience. Lee Ballard

My husband & I have purchased many vehicles & worked with many different dealerships over the years. This was by far the simplest, quickest, & most pleasant experience we’ve ever had. Their no haggle pricing was a surprise & cut out much of the usual stress associated with buying a car. Our salesman, Kent, was professional, helpful & knowledgeable. He went out of his way to provide us with exceptional customer service (even delivering the car to me personally). The finance gal was super efficient & made the whole thing end on a truly positive note. Best car buying experience ever! Highly recommend this dealership!

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

AutoSavvy Fort Worth review
I drove off in my 2023 Kia Telluride from the Fort Worth dealership feeling genuinely happy with the whole experience. Breanna and Amelia were great at listening, setting up a relaxed test drive, and guiding my husband and myself through financing without any pressure. Amelia went above and beyond helping me find the right vehicle for us. The SUV was spotless at pickup and the team kept me updated, so I'd definitely recommend them if you're shopping for a Telluride.

Imd Motors RichardsonReviews
Imd Motors Richardson review
I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.
2019 RAM ProMaster 2500 review
If you want a cheap yet capable vehicle that can haul and tow anything than this is a good vehicle for you. The van is relatively comfortable but not luxurious. The rear beam suspension makes bumps turn into jitters. The engine is strong enough if the van is empty, but as you start to pile things in, the passing acceleration is decreased. The cabin does have minor wind noise but not too much tire noise. The seats pletny supportive enough for a van but I wouldn't recommend driving for very long distances while sitting in them as they aren't amazing. Mine is almost fully loaded and had an MSRP of $44,949. The transmission is a six speed auto which has enough gears most of the time, but sometimes when you put your foot down, the kickdown is slow.
