These guys right here are the most stellar group of individuals I've ever met. We got stranded out in Jackson hole with a broken front differential, way off the beaten trail. I called Jackson Hole Ford and got in contact with Fred Vatter, the service director at JH Ford. Fred had no reason to help us in our circumstances, yet he decided to call a tow truck for us, help us find a place to stay for the night within walking distance of the shop, and do a diagnosis on our truck free of charge. I've never met people who are so kind-hearted, and willing to help someone who is in a bind. Believe it or not, Jackson Hold Ford restored my faith in humanity - you'd be a fool not to buy a truck from them or get your car serviced by them.

I returned to have my 5000 mile service done. They were polite, considerate, professional and did not change the stations on my radio:). Russell Coulter worked hard to get the best out the staff and my car was ready for me in enough time to get back to work. My car feels smooth on the road.

We visited a few dealerships and are glad we landed at Northbrook. Larry in sales listened to what we needed, answered questions and gave us good options. Manny and Anthony were very helpful in processing the sale. We were not familiar with all the new safety and communication features and they took their time in explaining these to us. I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.
Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
